For the last months I have been having issues with my water being delivered on its originally scheduled date each month I have orderedI have *** *** and cant be lifting so I schedule my orders for when my roommate is home to bring the jugs inside and put it on the coolerMy most recent order was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday June 20, since I recovering from surgery and my roommate was home with me this week to help care for me and my order was rescheduled for June 21st, then it was the 22nd, then it got rescheduled again to June and now I just got an email stating my order has now been rescheduled to June 26, I'm home alone and cannot lift these gallon jugs as I recover from surgeryI called ReadyRefesh on June 21st and again on June 22nd and given a *** excuse each time I called that they are having issues with delivery and that they had taken on over a new routesAs a courtesy they said they would give me additional gallon jugs for free

For th past months this company has failed to delivery my products on timeEach month my delivery is delayed countless times leading it to fall at least 2-weeks off the original delivery dateI have logged complaints directly with them and each time I’m promised it won’t happen again and it continues to happenMy June 15th delivery was just delayed different times and is now was told would be delievered July 2nd - not even in the month is should beThere is no resolution from them to issue me refunds for the service not being met on a timely manner and this should be escalated to their corporate office as wellTheir escalation team does not empathize tithe the customer and basically just told me this is what it is and nothing can be confirmed now if it will get better or notI want a month refund which totals about $My neighbors experi me the same service from them and combined we have over emails showing the delays in serviceThis needs to be addressed

I pay this company monthly to deliver water to my apartment For some reason they are unable to make deliveries on timeDeliveries are always lateFor the last few months I have had to call to ask after days of no service despite the delivery date having been confirmed onlineCurrently, I was supposed to receive water on Wednesday 10/11/I spoke to a representative on Friday 10/13/who assured me the delivery would come today between 10am-12noon I called again this afternoon when water had still not arrivedThe rep said my water would be here by 5pmIt is now 9:45pm and no water ever arrivedTomorrow is Sunday, so I would imagine the next possible day for service is MondayWhy can't this business simply give an ACTUAL arrival date for this service for which I pay? It seems like their entire job is to get water to people who pay for itWhy is it that I need to speak to this company numerous times every month to get them to complete the service I pay for? This is terrible

ReadyRefresh continued to deliver bottles of water while on a holdThey delivered ~extra gallon water bottlesThey also scheduled a pickup and never showed upWe are moving and are being stuck with a huge bill, tons of waters, and a water cooler

I have cancelled my water deliveries (and not received and product) from this company since October and they continue to bill meI called and cancelled my
Account with them twice and disput the charge on my credit card every monthThey continue to bill me

I contacted Poland Springs letting them know that there was a problem with two of the cases of water that I received that they had a strange taste to them They offered to replace the two casesBefore they delivered I opened the last remaining case and it too had a strange taste to the bottled water Three cases were fine, three were not When delivery came he brought only two cases and said they would deliver another case later in the week I contacted *** *** to let them know I would not be home to receive delivery and changed my delivery date to Saturday June I received a confirmation from the company
On Saturday June 3rd, I waited the entire day, finally calling their customer service number just before closing because there was no deliver I was told that it's quitting time for them and they would deliver on Monday I told her to cancel, because I was not going to be home on Monday and that I was now fed up with the treatment from this company

Nestle Waters have a very bad website that is disconnected from their water dispatch serviceI cancelled numerous deliveries on their website, however they kept delivering water bottle and charged me for itI do not have a storage space, so I had to ask my neighbors to use their garage temporarily in order to keep their bottlesMy standard delivery schedule was bottles/weeksAt some point, I had over full bottles at my door
In August, I canceled the service and asked them to remove all full bottles (maybe or of them)They kept sending me invoices and late feesI only owe them the last month's billing of bottle in JulyThey keep calling me and harassing me for more money every monthThis is not right, and I/m being responsible for their delivery mistakes
