To Whom it May Concern:We spoke with *** ***s on January 9, in regards to his concerns. We apologized for his initial experience with our representative, as well as any potential delivery issues that may have caused the incorrect charge. Feedback has been provided in regards to
the delivery concerns, and at this time *** ***s has been credited for the amount of the disputed delivery - $36.89. This amount has been refunded to his credit card.We assured *** ***s that we strive for total accuracy in regards to his deliveries and billing and would never intentionally invoice him for any product that he did not receive. Like everyone else, I have had repetitive rescheduling of deliveries without any notice at all No sense of urgency to provide what they have promised and no accountability whatsoever It's a bit strange actually, almost seems like a SNL parody, with customer service reps who are totally like "whatever, cancel if you want." I had a delivery last month that was rescheduled at least 4-times (lost count!) and the same thing is happening this month Someone should be looking into what is happening with this company Attorney General??

This company was consistently late with delivering my orderThey would push back the delivery date without notice, sometimes up to two weeksIt's been nearly one month since I canceled my service with them and they are continuing to charge me and have yet to come collect the empty water bottles and coolers from the office

nestle waters failed to deliver water on Time for months my deliveries have been postponed in which ive been patient about, I WOULD JUST GO TO MY LOCAL SUPERMARKET and purchased a bottle until I got my delivery but my dispenser started to have trouble it failed to cool the water I called for a replacement on Wednesday July my delivery was scheduled to arrive friday July when I logged in to my account I noticed my delivery was pushed to Monday the 16th, Monday came around midday I look on my account for an update on delivery to my surprise it was pushed forward Again to Tuesday July I called the company and explained that I have children at the house and I cannot continue to buy water gallons its taking a toll on my back causing me great pain carrying bottles around all the time they need to commit to their promises well out of courtesy they added and extra two bottles at no charge and I went on waiting till the next day, Tuesday came still no delivery I called again they

I was a customer for many years and was left without water during hurricane Irma I was expecting a water delivery and it did not show on that day so I logged into my account and saw it was rescheduled for the next day without a warning r email When that delivery did not happen, I checked my account and saw that it was rescheduled without warning or email This happened for several days and by time I finally got hold of an operator they told me it was scheduled for Sept 12, the day a category hurricane hit the area We were under a mandatory evacuation order and had to leave and we did without water Had I know I could have gone to a store and purchased supplies but they kept their problems hidden

We were double billed for water delivery that we did not receiveOn 12/we were billed for 5gallon bottles of water and then on 12/were billed for another 5gallon water bottles We live in a single family house and have never needed gallons of water in a day period

Never ever ever get water on time
Always at least weeks late
Keep telling me it's coming tomorrow and it never does
The worst company in *** Waist of money

at her earliest convenience to discuss her experience with Arrowhead
Direct. Ms*** has requested *** Direct to stop attempting to
communicate with her as she does not wish to discuss the matter*** provided
his direct contact information should she have any further questions, or if she
would like to discuss the issue

Water deliver scheduled for September 7, has not arrivedChecking ReadyRefresh website, delivery is being moved further back with no notice and likely will not arrive anytime this week or next
Efforts made to resolve:
Attempted on Monday 9/4/to reschedule for earlier date but nestle did not provide any earlier dates and disabled all selections
Attempted to contact several times, only to receive recorded message stating call back later, for several days

Was a customer of Poland Spring for years and couldn't have been happier until Ready Refresh took over Deliveries are consistently unreliable, customer service absolutely unresponsive to my numerous emails and calls It's a same that what was once a wonderful service is now so poor it's not even worth it Given the premium price for the delivery service, this service is NOT worth it anymore Do yourself a favor and pick up your water at the supermarket Horrible service in every aspect with this company

To Whom it May Concern:We spoke with Mr*** on December 21, in regards to his concerns. We are sorry to hear of any misinformation that he may have been provided, and agreed to honor the initial agreed upon discounted rate that he received with his first delivery for the second
delivery made on July as well. Any late fees and cancellation fees have been removed, leaving the customer with a balance of $for these two deliveries. Mr*** feels that he has made a payment for the initial delivery, though our records do not indicate this payment. *** *** has been purchasing bottled water from Nestle for years and we had no issues until March where there were so many serious delivery disruptionsOur deliveries were getting delayed by 3-weeks and every time we called customer service they would answer it is coming tomorrow and delivery never arrivedWhen I would call back they would answer the deliveries were re-routed and we will receive delivery next day which never happenedThe service never improved and in between of June and July of we closed our accounts and switched our bottled delivery company which delivers on Time as promisedWe went through a lot of hassles getting water for staff and customers and spend double the time, money and effort in the whole ordealNestle failed in delivering the bottles as promised and we had to close the account out of frustration and lack of customer serviceImagine one day in your office without water! They think there should be no penalty for them to deliver water
