I am rejecting this response because:The message from MsM*** is generally an accurate description of where things stood following my June telephone conversation with MsN***, but it does not reflect the fact that MsN*** left open the offer of a free delivery in the event I changed my mind and decided to give ReadyRefresh another chance.I ended up discussing the matter with my wife on the morning of June 26, and she convinced me to give ReadyRefresh another chance. I called MsN*** later that morning, and she told me that the offer still stood, and that she would arrange for three 5-gallon bottles of *** water to be delivered free of charge at the time my empty bottles were picked up on June 27.Unfortunately, the delivery on June never occurred, and the empty bottles are still sitting outside my door. I called MsN*** again this morning (June 29), and she was very apologetic, and said she had previously called the local distributor who had confirmed that the delivery had been made. She said she herself was disturbed that the delivery had, in fact, not been made, and said she would arrange for a delivery to be made tomorrow (Saturday, June 30).I am very disappointed that I have given ReadyRefresh another chance, and they still have not been able to deliver (both literally and figuratively). I will say that MsN*** has been very helpful and gracious, and having someone at the company who I can call directly and who is familiar with the issues has been very helpful. It does seem, though, that there is something seriously wrong with ReadyRefresh's local distribution and delivery organization - something so wrong that they seem to be willing to deceive their own corporate headquarters about whether they actually perform deliveries.Sincerely, *** ***

I signed up for water delivery on December 18, I spoke with a person on the phone who set up my account I was told that I would be billed on the 18th and I would receive water every weeks I went onto my account a few weeks ago and saw that I was on auto pay I do not remember agreeing to that So I sent in the fax taking me off auto pay I went to check my account yesterday and I received the following message "We're sorry, but this account cannot be managed onlinePlease contact us for any account or delivery information." So I contacted support and they told me to call When I called today I was told that my credit card had declined I said it didn't decline I took myself off autopay I also stated that I was never told that I had to be on autopay for the first months, I wasn't told that, nor was there anything easily accessible in their literature stating that I needed to be on autopay I asked to speak to a manager and when I got to speak with one, I was told

This water delivery service is terrible, I called to cancel, and they said that I have to pay first to cancel, I have to pay my charge to cancel, I think its ridiculous

We have faithfully used and PAID for water delivery from ReadyRefresh for over years However, for the last months they have failed to deliver our water when expected Not only that, but they send reschedule notices DAY OF and without warning Last month during the worst wind storms we've had, they rescheduled every single day for a weekThat meant we would leave our bottles out, they'd blow around our yard, we'd collect them then do the same all over again Disgrace We PAY for a service that they fail to provide I wouldn't go to a gas station, pay for a full tank then drive away without filling up, so why am I paying them for a service every month for them not to deliver? We live on a well, so bottled water is almost a necessity, yet we go weeks without the drinking water we want/need causing us to purchase plastic bottles from the store because they can't deliver when expected HORRIBLE

I have been a customer since December
I don't even know where to start I was repeatedly sent product before my "every months" recurring order was due I complained over and over and I was issued refunds for the extra orders after lots of wasted time, and then it would just happen again This business has wasted more of my time and overcharged in ways I have not experienced with any business of any kind ever
When I finally moved away from *** in July 2017, I spoke with the customer service person at great length and they said that I could leave the water cooler for pickup in the secure and locked foyer of my apartment building where the delivery guy usually left the water bottles for delivery (sometimes he brought them to my door, sometimes he didn't) I called again to confirm the water cooler was picked up, and they said it was not there when they arrived I had no way of disputing what actually happened and agreed to pay for the thing out of pocket an

We have been playing phone tag, and I relayed my concerns about 1) delivery dates that are on my bills, emailed to me and phone to me not matching up with the actual pick up/delivery dates since October 2017, 2) the billing of rent that started randomly in 2014, 3) my overall frustration with reaching out using their "contact us" link, being told that we would receive a follow up with hours but never receiving a callIt was only after I filed a Revdex.com complaint that I received a response. I am glad the Revdex.com was able to mediate and I feel the response was fair and I will accept it.

Even after I called to ask them to stop they kept delivering two bottles of water a week to a 100sf office with a massage table in it, until there were bottles and wouldn't stop deliveringThey wouldn't pick up the bottles or refund I cancelled the account in April but they kept delivering and not picking up their equipment and kept billingcalls later between May and November they kept delivering and billing meThe customer service number people are nice and refunded most of the charges but I've spent hours on this and the company fails to respond to order cancellation and kept delivering unwanted products and leaving their equipment on my property and billing my card automatically

I emailed to cxl my water delivery services, 0n 4/15/18, they sent an email stating to call to cxl, so I called the lady on the phonetold me they would come pick up the cooler and extra water bottles on 4/ and they they would "credit my account for $20" for the cooler return this was on 4/16/18, they set a time to come pick up the cooler, they came outside the house and took water but never picked up the cooler, my mom was waiting all day, again I emailed stating they never picked up the cooler they email responded and said they would contact me they did not, I called two times and could not reach customer service it said they were to busy and to go online or call back it hung up on me, I sent another email saying they should contact me immediately they did not, then after two weeks they charged my bank account $(should be $because they owed me $for the cooler return but they never picked it up as promised ) but they never picked up the cooler so charged me $even though n
