I am rejecting this response because: Two reasons
The day that I filed this dispute with Revdex.com I spoke to a person at this business and explained that I did not agree to being on their automated shipping. I told him that I also wanted a refund on two jars sent in January and in February that I did not order. He then told me that since I did not call to cancel further shipments, he would not give me a refund. I told him I did not call because I did not receive notification that by ordering a trial jar that I would be receiving automatic shipments and I had no knowledge of more shipments taking place.He insisted that it was my responsibility to call to stop further shipments.
He advised me that I should return the jar that arrived in March. And, he advised me that my account is now closed and further shipments would be stopped.
I then called USAA, my credit company, and filed a dispute because I wanted a refund for the two jars I did not order. USAA Fraud Unit advised me to return all three jars and request a refund. I did return the three jars by Registered Mail, Return Receipt Requested.
I want to receive a full refund of the two jars I did not order. I want a cancellation of the third jar, which I did not order. I want my account to be closed and receive no further shipments as the Customer Service said it would. He did not tell me that I need to call again to close my account and receive no additional shipments.

Second, who is Green Natural Green Cleanse? When I checked the address of the product I found that there were 6 different businesses all working out of the same address. I also sent this product back with a letter and a copy of the scam network site, as well as the the other lists of complaints. Are you telling me that I cannot EVER cancel this. I notified them in writing of my refusal. Where did they EVER quote their costs. I could not find this on their website

I am rejecting this response because: there product does not work.I have the new shipment they sent to me. the day it was in my mail box I made numeress calls to the company.I was told I needed a code to put on the package to return it. and would be sent an email with the code, I never recevied an email with a code. called the the next day was told the same thing.and once they recevied the product I would be refunded.then was put on hold waiting for the code.so if they could just tell me how to ship the unopen package back and refund my money for the product DOES NOT WORK.

Apparently, in JJR Media's 25 page terms and conditions, it somewhere states that you are signing up for a subscription! What? I would never had done that! 14 day trial? How can I return the product within 14 days if I didn't even know that I was signing up for anything! Legally, this subscription notification should not be a part of the terms and conditions, it should be stated in the advertising of the product AND on your order form/invoice.
SCAM! I called my bank to try and stop payment. The first bank customer service representative that I talked to told me she had the SAME thing happen to her with the SAME company. Then bank's claim/fraud department told me that they deal with this company on a daily basis.
This is a great example of a legal change that needs to happen to protect users from deceptive advertising!
To add to my misery. I didn't think the first order of Garcinia Cambogia and Green Cleanse went through, so I processed it a 2nd time! Now I am stuck paying almost $90 x 4 = $360!!! (Actually, [redacted], the customer service manager at JJR Media, said he would reimburse me for 1 bottle. Great. I now only have to pay $270!)
I thought I was purchasing 1 bottle of Cambogia and one bottle of Natural Green Cleanse supplement. I thought I was being charged an a discounted rate of around $5 (ea for 2 bottles) in order to get me to try the product. Barely 2 weeks later, 10/24/14, they took approx. $355 out of my account without my knowledge or known authorization. The company states that I checked a box to specifically sign up for the subscription.
The first time I called. I was on hold for over 12 minutes. I spoke to lady that put me back on hold for a couple of minutes, and then hung up. I called back. I was on hold for almost 13 minutes. I was on the phone a total of almost 24 minutes.
Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the entire amount. You can have your product back. Yes, they are open. 1 pill is missing from two of the bottles.
To the individuals that work for this company: YOU know this is deceitful. I can't afford this! How do you live with yourselves???
