I am rejecting this response because:
As stated in my 1st complaint, Garcinia Cambogia did not follow their own terms as stated on their site: You will be charged $79.99 after 14 days of purchase and you will automatically be enrolled in our auto-pay program. I was put into "auto-pay" after only 11 days & I was charged $89.99, so Garcinia Cambogia did not abide by their terms.
I maintain that they did not follow their stated terms so I would like a complete refund.
Also, I feel that there is an ethical issue here. How can it possibly be legal for a business to absolutely refuse to do a refund, if they did not follow their own guidelines.

I recently purchased two products from this company. Apparently in very small print it said that if you don't cancel in 30 days you will be charged the full amount of $89 and $79. Well, needless to say I was charged so I called and cancelled. Low and behold this month I was charged again for $89. I just called them and according to them I didn't cancel one of the items because I didn't call two numbers. What? This is a scam business who hopes you won't read the fine (and I mean fine) print to know how to cancel so they can continue to bill you every month.

Order there Green cleanse for a total of 15.95. 2 weeks later I was charged $170.99 with no notification that I would receive more pills. Called Green Cleanse and was told I needed to cancel my subscription. I was never told I was under any subscription at any time. Customer rep told me she canceled my order and Would receive an email with the address to send back the diet pills. When I received the email there was no info or mailing address to return the product.

I am rejecting this response because:I deeply appreciate the actions thus far into my complaint. I notified my bank immediately to have them also look into it and they were able to refund my money. What I didn't get back was all the "foreign fees" they separately tacked on to my account. (I had to close out my bank card to prevent any further fees) I don't understand why they are charging Any foreign fees to begin with when their company is in Florida!! I wish there was a way to forewarn others of this

I am rejecting this response because: As stated, I did call in that 14 day period. If ordered it on Jan 1st, I have until the 15th to cancel. That is the correct 14 day period. I did state I tried to call on the 14th but phone was disconnected. I called on the 15th earlier in the day than I did when I ordered. It is not ethical to give someone a trial and the product takes 6 -10 days to get there and give consumer only 4 or 5 days to try it.

My daughter did not knowingly sign up for any "membership". By reading all of the other complaints, most people don't catch the scam until it is too late.
PLEASE FORWARD ME YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR THE UNOPENED BOTTLE I WANT TO RETURN. YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU ACCEPT FULL REFUNDS FOR UNOPENED BOTTLES AND TOLD ME YOU WOULD SEND ME THE ADDRESS AND DETAILS OF WHERE TO SEND FOR A FULL REFUND FOR THE UNOPENED BOTTLE, I HAVE REQUESTED THIS INFORMATION AT LEAST 6 TIMES.
As for the initial bottle, I will have my daughter dispute the charges with her bank and discuss with my attorney what my next steps should be.
