I am rejecting this response because it is the same (exactly, I believe) letter they sent last time Even the ending just repeats itself This is a standard form letter that gets none of the facts right and offers NO resolution! I didn't order what they are talking about It doesn't come in a bottle It didn't cost $ as they claim They hit my account for $and sent NO product! What did I get for this? I got ripped off! This is a SCAM, purely! Someone is getting rich off this SCAM, one customer after another What can Revdex.com do about this? I think you should at the very least label them as a scam and warn the rest of the public This is not fair I am on Medicare and facing breast cancer, and I could use that $back in my account!

[As explained before, I was not on their website, I was directed from Facebook to an order website for a sample and was asked to put my mail address, payement and shipment option. It never directed me too their website, therefore there was no terms and condition. I read the entire page for any signs of trial bases or automated orders. I know what Terms and Condition are and how they are displayed. As well,  how can you charge the same amount of money for a 3 day trial as for a full month supply. Looking at the several hundreds of complaints, which are simular to mine, shows that you are having an issue with your odering system and simply chose not to acknowledege you defects in your system how your product is directed through who and how. You have absolutely no customer service. The way you do business shows, that you count on only doing business once with a customer to get the money and to [redacted] with the customer in case there are any issues. This is still a fraudulant act and I hope somehow at one time your business will be shut down. I do not accept your resolution. [redacted]

This was a scam and I never authorized a payment other than the shipping charges of my SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLE.
I will not accept anything but full refund minus the shipping charges I agreed to which is the only receipt I received. I did not authorize the deductions taken from my checking account and I will pursue this to its fullest. These scam artists should be reported and fined. I am done with this back and forth ridiculous offers. Either Refund the Monies you should never have taken or I will File a Small Claims Court case for damages as well. I will also report this to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING DEPARTMENT as there are many Violations in this scam. Bait and switch, False advertisement and misleading advertisement along with the Banking division for illegally withdrawing money from my account without my authorization. I expect this to be taken care Imediately or I will Escalate this much further.
