I am rejecting this response because:
A couple of days later after the order, I was contacted by phone thanking me about the order. Then I was offered another service, which I refused...I specifically requested to only be charged for the $4.95 shipping fee. The guy stated that I was only be charged for the shipping fee and nothing more. A week after I received the item (No contact info enclosed btw) my credit card was charged. That's when I immediately contacted my credit card company.

I am rejecting this response because: So far My account has not been credited. The order #548630 was used in the company's e-mail stating I would receive a credit for $89.99 for one of the trial bottles of their product. The next e-mail used order # [redacted].
I will be sending the unopened bottle of Natural Green Cleanse back today (using JJR 532848 as instructed in your last e-mail) . I need confirmation in writing that my VISA account will be credited for the remaining $88.92. The total refund that needs to be credited is $178.91. Then I will be satisfied that JJR has complied.

I am rejecting this response because: I never ever ordered a bottle of skin serum at $100.00 a bottle. I was led to believe that I could use the product and if I was happy with it then I could begin a business relationship with said company. I spoke to a representative from rejuval with in the alotted time allowed, and communicated clearly that I was not happy with the product and I offered to mail back the bottle I had received. At this point the representative seemed to get angry and ended up hanging up on me. i remember thinking how glad I was to never have to deal with this company and their very unkind employees. Maybe I was naive or just plain stupid but from the beginning I honestly trusted the company and have learned a valuable lesson. No I will not pay 50.00 for a product I didn't like and cancelled within the time I was given.

I have had trouble receiving my refund for four bottles that were returned over three weeks ago. I have called five times which I have only spoken to a person once. Very unhappy and will keep sending negative reviews in regards to this company.
