I am rejecting this response because:
First, if you look at their web page and follow the steps to get the trial, it is not obvious that you are joining a monthly service nor that the 2 ounce trial sample will cost nearly 90 dollars. You have to click the link to read the fine print. I've copied screen shots in case they have changed their web site. 
Second, I got a fraud alert from my credit card company and tried to call and cancel, no one answered. I called back the next day and it rang over 20 times before anyone answered. They repeated the same song and dance as their reply. 
Third, the order was over the New Years holiday. I have no idea of when it was shipped but I received it on the 4th or 6th. Is it reasonable to evaluate a facial care product costing over 40 dollars an ounce in less than 10 days, I don't think so.  I ordered two products on the same day, both with this deceitful 14 day trial. I called both and got through on the 15th day; the other company refunded my money upon return of the remaining product. This company is refusing and is not open and honest.

We have on file that a refund for the March charge has been processed for $97.28 on March 21st. Refunds take about 3-5 business days and the confirmation number for this is 531738. We can...

only process a refund for this charge because you failed to cancel your 14 day trial within that time period. The trial started on February 2nd and ended on February 15th. The first charge was for the full price of the trial bottle which was a 30 day supply on a 2 week trial. We have on your account that you sent back the 2nd shipment for a refund and hopefully you will receive this credit ASAP. Please contact us if you don't have a refund on your account and we will be glad to assist you. Buyer beware!!! You think you are signing up for a 1 bottle trial for $5, but where they get you is the trial offer. The trial offer starts the day you purchase product not when you get it. Then you only have 14 days from that date to call them to stop a $100 fee. Keep in mind they are only open m-f normal business hours and the weekend and holidays are in their favor! This is a huge scam! No refunds!!!

However, do not accept this as an indication that I am satisfied this company or its many imitators conduct business in a responsible manner because I wonder how many people are not fighting for the refunds they deserve.

I am rejecting this response because:As my first response indicated I never received any e-mail confirming anything from this company. The screen indixcated the product was not available at this time because of a larger than anticipated response. I did not hear from the company after that. I suppose I am responsible for not being aware that I was supposed to tell you that I didn't want to continue this service, but how can I tell you that if I never received the product. The second response was just a repeat of the first. Nothing new.
