I ordered a two necklaces for Mother's Day from this sorry excuse for a company. I paid extra for 3 days shipping. It's been 5 days and still hasnt even been made yet. I sent them numerous emails and they sent me an automated email and then ignored all of my other emails. There phone goes straight to voicemail which says they'll get back to you in 2 business days. They are technically stealing money from people who pay for extra shipping. I looked at their [redacted] page and there are several people saying the same exact thing about them.
What a disappointment. The customer service is appalling. I'm am so bitterly unhappy about this company. I ordered a necklace for my mum. This was supposed to be a birthday present. I have been sent an item with the way Americans spell mum. So it says mom when it clearly stated mum when I purchased it. Since receiving this product I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions without any response what so ever. I want my money back as the necklace is no use to me. I shall be writing to the local papers and contacting watch dog.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They did finally reply to my complaint email. They offered for me to purchase something else on their site of equal or lesser value. I do not want any of their products. I have learned my lesson that they are poor quality and I will never buy jewelry without seeing it first again. I'll just have to swallow my $90 mistake and move on.

I purchased some earrings monogrammed they were incorrect the company does not List their phone number on the website First red flag! They do not allow review posts 2nd red flag! I tried the customer service contact email link no response. Went to face book git a response when they chose to respond with no resolution to the issue just back and forth send me s pic of the items etc. . My husband bought me a necklace for valentines. His bank account was charged 167.00 which they say they did not do. Finially after a week of trying to get in touch with them my husband disputed the charge and it went back in his account. After that he was charged 59.00 for a necklace they state is real silver. It has nothing on it stating it's silver. The chain its self was so small I couldn't even put it around my neck. The pendant sure isn't worth the money they say it is. This company is not a real good company if u can't even call them. Only emails which takes them days to respond. I want to send it back but I know he won't get his money back. Nowhere around that statement does it say I have to choose a certain shipping method for it to leave the facility in 3 days. the other issue I have is that the charms engraving was poor quality.

This has been a NIGHTMARE. I placed my order on or around Nov 10th. and my credit card was charged Nov 17th for $67.19. When I placed my order, I entered my complete mailing address with my apt number. But their address verification system during checkout removed my apt number but I didnt catch it. So my order was returned to them. Now I have been patient and understanding but my frustration kicked in when I saw that they have received my order back (via tracking number) but they email me and say they have NOT received it. Well at this point, shame on the post office. But as a business, they are NOT doing anything to correct this problem. I am getting emails not related to my issue stating the same thing over and over that my address has been updated YET they have NOT mailed my order back to me. I just want my MONEY back or my Order. Make something happen. I have emailed your company 14 times. I have mail tracking software, so I can see EACH TIME you open my emails, so I have proof for my credit card company that I am actively trying to resolve this issue. This can ALL be solved by mailing me order with a tracking number TODAY or Refund my money TODAY. I am reporting this to my credit card company on Dec 9th. You have people on Facebook responding with frivolous responses. Will Never order from this company again. I got what I paid for.

I ordered a name necklace for my daughter weeks ago. I track all online orders through USPS website. When the site said the package was delivered, I had not received it. I called USPS and was told to contact MyNameNecklace. I did so beginning last week. I sent SEVERAL emails requesting a phone call from the very start and from the beginning I have received only automatically generated emails in return. I am fed up with this, I called and no return phone call. It seems as though they only send their generic emails between the hours of 10pm and 5am my time. the last one claimed they tried to call me but I did not answer. BS! I have been waiting for that call. no voicemail was left. surprise surprise. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from them again and I will tell anyone who listens the same. Going elsewhere for my daughters Christmas gift. FYI MyNameNecklace, I am going to add my horrible experience to every customer review website I find on the internet!!!!
I had ordered an infinity bracelet from them for Christmas. Two days after I received it, the clasp broke off and I had to replace the band. A couple of weeks later, one of the birthstones fell out and is now missing. I have emailed the company four times in two weeks and have yet to hear back. I do not want a refund, I just want my bracelet replaced.
