Ordered on 4/and paid extra for guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day Did not receive

This is a terrible company that refused to resolve my issues and this has drug on and onI'm out $for a product that did NOT show up on time and is wrong and they will do nothing about it

I ordered an infinite necklace with our children's name on it for my wife for ChristmasMy delivery date as suppose to be Dec.23, We didn't receive it until Jan.5th, When it was finally here, I opened it up excited to put it on my wife and it has ding in itVery noticeable and she hasn't even had the chance to wear it yetI sent an email immediately with a pictureThey responded quick, didn't say anything about the delivery date that was promised and they said they couldn't see an imperfection and to please send another photoSo I sent another photo this time circling right where the imperfection isTwo days later I get another email saying they couldn't see itNow, I am extremely upset by this companyThe customer service is terrible and I will never recommend this company to anyoneIts just not worth the headache

This company is a scamDo not order any items from this company! Ordered a mothers day necklace and upon going through the purchasing process, I was told by the website that my card was rejectedminutes later I received a call from my banks fraud alert system stating that there transactions as opposed to just one, all for similar amounts and all originating in Cypress but were from other companiesNeedless to say I cleared out all my information and made no attempt to purchase again

During check out of an item a banner, above where you choose what shipping to use, stated "choose free shipping Valentine's day delivery guaranteed." So I chose standard shipping which was the free shippingI got a confirmation email stating shipping would be 12-daysI emailed customer service asking if it was going to be delivered before Valentine's day and they confirmed it would not beI asked to cancel my order and by tone they got back to me they offered to take 10% of my order as compensation to keep my orderAgain I said if they cannot get it to me before Valentine's day I wanted to cancel my orderAfter that they said that if they have a hour grace period to cancel my order and then I would only be refunded 70% of my purchaseAgain I said if they are unable to deliver before Valentine's day I wanted to cancel and I had said so within the hour grace periodThe continue to email me completely ignoring my request to refund me my money if they cannot deliver before

I was promised Mothers Day delivery and just got message from UPS saying it will be next week before I get itemThis is the worst kind of advertising as getting a mothers day gift AFTER mothers day is worthlessDo not do business with this company

The tracking information shows that my package has been delivered however I do not have my packageI checked with my leasing office, my local post office, and my neighborsIt is no where to be foundI contacted the business and they said it would be delivered 05/I waited and again nothingI contacted them again and they asked me to wait till 06/because the package was delayedUSPS tracking states the package has already been deliveredI have emailed back numerous times and now I don't even get a responseThey are just ignoring my emails

On 6/1/i purchased a necklace I was sent a tracking number tracking my package it stated undelivered address and was sent back to sendertrying to reach them by email only since its the only way to reach them I have not received any reply other then someone will get back today is the 15th of june and still nothing they have charged my account and unless I get someone in person which you are not able to I am not able to get a refund this is a horrible way to deal with a retailer I have never encountered such problems like this they must reported

I purchased a 14k gold necklace from this website for my mother’s birthdayWhen she received it, not only were the names in ascending order rather than descending, but one of the names on the necklace was missing a letter while the order was input correctly on my endIn trying to resolve the matter, there was no contact number to call, only back and forth useless emails telling me they were sorry for my “experience” and that they needed the old necklace back before they would even start to work on a new one, but that I would have to wait for them to get a label from the head office to email me, then once they received the necklace back, they would reorder a new one but that it would be sent back standard shipping as that is their policy and it would be another three weeks before my mom received the necklace backMind you, this took a week’s worth of emails back and forth to begin withI told them to forget it, I would have a jeweler correct their mistake and I was extremely dissatisfied with their method of addressing their own screw upsI will tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from this website! I used (ordered something) my name necklace for the first time last week, Thursday, May 4th I had been trying to locate a phone number in order to ask questions before I orderedThere is no contact telephone number to talk to an actual human beingThere is only email in which they promise to respond ASAP I have emailed twice and they only keep sending that same default email with an inquiry number that they tell you to use for future references and then they give you a new inquiry number every time with no resolution I was excited about using their services but the customer service is the worst They should definitely have a contact number The email venue is just not working and no response is absolutely unprofessional I just want to talk to a live person or have a rep to call me It is my first order and I want to make sure everything is correct I haven't received my order yet but it is guaranteed to be here before Mother's Day! and I paid the express delivery fee so they cant say I missed the date for free delivery to be here by Mother's DayThat date was today, Monday, May 8th I placed my order on Thursday May 4th with express delivery

Mynamenecklace shipped my necklace March 28, They omitted crucial parts of my shipping address (the entire street address line) and therefore I have never received the package They blame me for not entering the address correctly and I know I entered the address correctly I email them daily asking for a replacement or refund and they won't do either I asked for information on who the shipper is they used and they won't answer me I asked for a phone # so I can call a manager and they won't give me a phone # I have offered my phone number and asked them to call me They email me and say they have called me but I don't answer This is a lie as I have my cell phone and my call log and they have not tried to call me This is very frustrating They pose as a Canadian Company but this Revdex.com website states they are a US company Do not order a necklace from this company if you live in Canada
