Ordered a necklace for my wife for Mother's Day with the names/birthstones of our three kidsWe just had our 4th child on 7/3, and I wanted to add another pendant with his name/birthstoneThe only customer service is to submit a form on their websiteIt took them days to respond, and I was told I'd have to return the necklace and/or place an entire new orderI replied with question to actually speak with someone and basically got the exact same 'canned' response as the first replytaking another daysThere is no phone number on their website, my order confirmation, nor any email correspondenceWe're done having kids, but they're basically telling me I'd have to ship the existing necklace back to them each time I want to add another pendant?? C'mon!! Ridiculous!

I have made (2) orders with this companyThe first order came within a week from the order date! So I made another order on 11/14/16, paid the fee so it could get here a little faster (business days) it is not 12/14/and I have yet to receive my order! I've sent two emails to the company and the first one stated that my order was to "be shipped soon"The second email gave me a little more detail "expected delivery date of 12/22/16" , and the told me once again, that I paid $for a faster delivery fee and it should be within daysIts been now over a month and when I track my order it still says the same thing its said since the beginningWhat's the deal?! And when will I get these items I ordered for my family?

I purchased a necklace and earrings from My Name Necklace for my daughter for christmas This necklace had a day refund policy minus a restocking fee unless you were ordering something to replace it, which we wanted too This business is impossible to contact They have responded with very little information , if at all In my opinion they are stalling me in order to get my return deadline to expire I have contacted them over times thru email as it is the ONLY way you can reach them There is NO phone number or address to contact them Requested numerous times to please contact me so we can resolve this matter with NO response

I purchased some earrings monogrammed they were incorrect the company does not List their phone number on the website First red flag! They do not allow review posts 2nd red flag! I tried the customer service contact email link no response. Went to face book git a response when they chose to respond with no resolution to the issue just back and forth send me s pic of the items etc. . I finally got the phone # from the Revdex.com site and they still have not return my calls or taking care of the issue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered a necklace from this website and had changed my mind right after seeing something else I had liked better. On their website it CLEARLY states that order cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase, Otherwise they charge a 30% restocking fee. I had cancelled my order only 45 minutes after purchase, and received an email a day and a half later telling me the item is already in process and will charge me a 30% restocking fee!!!!

I wrote them back an email regarding the 12 hour cancellation policy on their site and provided the exact time of my purchase and exact time I submitted my cancellation request. And I NEVER received a response back from them! And that was a week ago!!!! I have been sending emails almost daily now, requesting a response ASAP.

I don't trust this company... So be careful before purchasing from them! I have been reading more and more complaints and reviews online, and wish I had looked into this so called company before giving them my hard earned money!!!

I plan to file more complaints online and contact [redacted] and inform them of the situation as well!

NEVER AGAIN. I waited almost 4 weeks for this company to create my jewelry and "ship it out". After another 2 weeks, I have not received my item and USPS claims they never received my order. I even filed a claim with the USPS and no one seems to know what is going on. I don't know who is at fault but I am completely dissatisfied with this company and their customer service. Their emails seem automated and I can never reach by phone. I am so afraid that I have lost the $200+ dollars that I spent on this company. Not worth it.

A week ago I received a package in the mail from my name necklace I open the package in front of my US PS worker that delivers my mail to my business and boy was I surprised when there was no necklace inside of the box. I have emailed them numerous times and have not received anything back except a generated email saying that they will look into the issue and I'll be contacted shortly! Haven't heard anything since. I paid with my money to have a necklace sent to me and received an empty box with nothing at all inside of it that is completely unacceptable. I have sent numerous emails I have left voicemails on their answering service and still have gotten no response. I should've known better from the start when I sent an email to have my order changed and got no response. This is not how you do good business and me being a business owner I am truly disgusted by the lack of customer service. This is a Christmas gift it is now getting closer and closer to Christmas and I still haven't gotten any kind of response at all. This is completely unacceptable. I will in fact be taking my complaint anywhere possible that I can and that includes all social media sites! I am completely tired of getting your generated business emails and try to get me to buy more and but no answer to do with my problem and multiple emails I sent

I ordered a piece of jewelry for Christmas 2014 and was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Mail was delivered on Christmas Eve and no package. Call the phone number and you are directed to send an email. No reply. You are also charged what appears to be an additional fee for foreign transaction other than the price you agree upon during checkout. Completely dissatisfied.

Often we search for the perfect gift, a gift that is personailized, meaningful and beautiful. I came across my name necklace and decided to order a necklace for my mother. "GUARENTEED TO ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS" awesome! So I sent my mother this gift and no other gift thinking this one was special enough. Apparently I was incorrect in thinking so. The necklace never arrived...I have tracked it and it still says the package was picked up...WHERE OH WHERE is my necklace???????? It seems to be a common issue with this company...perhaps not over promising and under delivering is something you should look into. Thank you for disappointing not only me but my mother as well. Way to go Mynamenecklace.

I ordered a necklace for my mother under the "guarantee" that it'd arrive before Christmas. The promotion was free priority shipping, guaranteed before Christmas, blah blah.

Not only was I given a tracking number that did not work, it's still not arrived and it's after Christmas. I'm so highly disappointed in this company. This was a very important gift for my mother and I have yet to receive it.

I will never order from this company again and would not recommend it to others.
