I ordered a Mother's Day Necklace on 5/at 9:00am EDT After receiving an email minutes later from *** ***, it stated that an international charge had been applied by this company I immediately emailed them asking where they were located Soon after that at 9:EDT I emailed the Customer Service address (which was near impossible to find) to cancel the order
Since then I have received emails asking me if I was sure that I wanted to cancel, along with offering me discounts on future orders To date my account hasn't been refunded and now I'm being told that there is a 30% restocking fee for my cancellation! How a minute order requires a restocking fee is asinine
