I ordered a Name Bar Necklace off of the website that has my boyfriends name on one bar and mine on the other bar with our birthstonesThese were ordered in December for Christmas, in April my birthstone came out of the necklace and now this month my boyfriends birthstone came out of the necklaceThe company will not replace the items or issue a refundThey are advising if they came incorrect they would replace with a 30% restocking fee but they were correct there is just an issue with the stones falling out so nothing can be done
Not impressed with this companyDon't fall for their "guaranteed by" delivery promisesI was greatly disappointed
I saw a Facebook post from the company advertising a necklace that my wife would have lovedSince the post said "Guaranteed delivery by or before February 14th." I ordered the necklace on February 4thOn February 5thI got confirmation by email from the company that my necklace was being madeUp until yesterday morning Feb15ththey showed the item still being made! I sent an email to customer service on February 11th& have yet to hear from themThe phone number I found hasn't been answered, so at this point I don't know what to doIf I cancel the order now or wait until it arrives & return it, they will charge me a 30% restocking fee according to their websiteI think this is completely unacceptable, my wife is upset that her gift didn't arrive in timeTheir initial post and where I ordered all said the delivery was guaranteedNothing about a certain delivery option or anything else, just guaranteed
I placed an order on Monday Mat 8th lured in by the Mother's Day delivery guarantee Unfortunately that did not turned out to be true and I have still to have received an update since Mat 10th when my product started to be manufactured It is shameful that there is no quick reply from the company or a direct number to contact and even more shameful that they would try to gain business by grantee a delivery they cannot meet in which case I would consider this advertisement I hope to receive my order soon so that I could put this experience behind and I do not think will using this company for future purchases

I also told them that I did not appreciate being ripped off and getting charged in American currency when the site is clearly marked in Canadian currency
The response that I got back was that there website shows me ordering from an American site, so oh well to me, and if I want a refund, I will be charged a 30% restocking fee, even though my order wasn't even made!,

In November, I purchased a pendant necklace as a gift to my mom with the name of her grandchildren She absolutely loved the gift but unfortunately by February , the piece had tarnished I contacted the merchant and they replaced the item I gave my mom the replacement piece yet again, by August 2018, the second pendant completely tarnished I reached out to the merchant again and requested a full refund since I was completely dissatisfied with their product I was advised that the necklace only had a 6-month warranty and they would not be able to process a refund and offered a 50% discount towards another item I explained to them that I did not want another item given my past history with their productsI've purchased several pieces of jewelry in the past, including other silver products, and have never had such a poor experience
