I have used this company several time No problems but now I have a problem!The company has No telephone number that works to speak to a customer service rep, the only way you can get in touch is Facebook , tried email NEVER answered emails did not get packing slip with item to return item NO instructions on how to return item have been trying for a week! It takes them hours to get a response and they never give you a full answer to your question! WEB page states they will back to you in a few hrs,NOT

After finally posting my review on here, the company reached out to me; and in less than a week I finally got my order today! Everything I ordered was correct and spelled correctlyTalking to someone on here was a way better response than emailing the company though their direct websiteThank you once again, I'm sure my family will love their gifts
I ordered and paid for a necklace for my girlfriend's birthday and although the order tracker said it was delivered to my house, it never actually showed upI sent an email to clarify where my necklace was and they never responded back to meSo then I emailed a formal complaint to the company because it has been over a month since the necklace was supposed to be deliveredI am very upset with this company and I regret giving them my money
I ordered a necklace for Mother's Day and paid an extra for shipping in order to "guarantee" it by Mother's Day The necklace did not arrive on time I contacted the company via email asking for a refund of the shipping since she did not get the necklace in time I was denied I further explained that I selected the to make sure the necklace was received on time as it was my first Mother's Day apart from my mom I was denied a second time Had I gone with free shipping, she would have received it at the same time The customer service is very poor and I will never again order from this company
I ordered a necklace for mothers day on mynamenecklace.com and when it showed up it was not the correct necklace I ordered I ordered a rose gold necklace and it was clearly in gold which there is a big difference I sent the company an email on Sunday May 8th along with a picture and explained the issue, and asked to let me know where to return it and credit my account I received a canned response back from them that they will get back to me shortly After days of not hearing anything I sent another email asking for a reply and still did not have a reply back
I purchased my 14kt gold necklace and when I received it on 11/6/it was broken and the chain was in a knotI couldn't believe it I immediately took a picture of the damaged item and tried to locate a phone number and of course there wasn't one I then emailed customer service like they ask you to and I got their 'generic' response about how sorry they were to hear about my broken item and that they perform strict quality assurance tests on every item they ship.....what a JOKE! I asked for my money back and of course they rejected that idea and said they would repair it but I have to send it back first and they wanted me to pay for shipping it back Really?? so I opted for the prepaid label to be sent and it has been over a week and several emails later and I can't get anyone to even respond to my emails now and I still don't have the return label Which I don't think I will ever get because they were really never going to repair my necklace It was just a stall tactic and they probably do this to everyone This company is a total joke and they are a bunch of criminals taking peoples hard earned money I can't believe there isn't a phone number to even contact anyone but I get it now because they would be bombarded with phone calls because they are the worst If anyone is considering buying anything from this website DON'T! you will be sorry I really wish I would have checked the Revdex.com before I purchased my item it would have saved me $ Horrible to treat people this way and you are an American company So Sad
I ordered an item late December, received early January Stones fell out end of February I immediately emailed them, shared pictures, etc Customer service WAS on top of it and offered to either reorder the same item or pick something else I picked out a personalized locket and provided info on what I'd like in it I was told to pick an already assembled item I disputed and asked to be raised upper management to allow me to choose a personalized item instead (because the already assembled items are not to my liking) I even stated that I'm willing to pay the difference I'm being told that I HAVE to pick an already assembled item No phone number anywhere online to alleviate the item

Today I received an email from MyNameNecklace stating that my order would not arrive until the 5/15/I ordered this necklace in April for my wife for Mother's Day because they guaranteed it would arrive before Mother's DayI received an email from them on 5/6/stating the item has been shippedThat was four days ago! The tracking number says it hasn't even been dropped off yet!! I am sooo disappointed! This was going to be the gift from my boys to their mother and now I will have to make other arrangementsUnbelievable!! No excuse!!

The only responses I would receive to my multiple email inquiries were to confirm (and reconfirm and reconfirm) the addressesNo phone number to callOnly when I threatened legal action did the necklaces "magically" appear
