All over the website claimed Mothers Day Delivery Guranteed!! I ordered my wifes necklace on May 3rd and was told I would have it by Mothers DayNow I am getting notifications that it will be delivered June 1stI emailed and FB messaged with no response now in daysThis is unacceptable especially with Mothers Day on Sunday!! According to the USPS tracking system my order was delivered on 7/27/ I filed a missing package form with USPS the same day as the item was not received and sent an inquiry to mynamenecklace.com as the website indicates packages are shipped insured I received an automated response advising to take steps I had already taken and indicating I could be "assured" I would be contacted in person if my issue wasn't resolved and I replied to the email I sent another email outlining exactly what had occurred and what steps I had taken I received ANOTHER automated response repeating what I had already told them and directing me to take the steps I had already taken and outlined in my second email to them I sent a 3rd email expressing my frustration and a 4th email advising I needed information regarding insured shipping I have not received any response I have taken all steps to follow up with USPS but need additional information from the shipper It is amazing to me that there is NO customer contact number and the only way to get assistance is to send an email that will either receive an automated response or be ignored TERRIBLE! Now I am out over $for an item that was going to be a gift but now is overdue so can't be a gift even if it is received

Hi, I sent my pendant necklace back to mynamenecklace for repairs to New York, New York from CT which was received on 04/18/
The repair was simply to remove the existing chain and return the pendant It has since been weeks and I cannot get an answer as to if and when I will receive the item back I get very generic emails back whenever I email customer service that do not answer any of my questions It is my suspicion that the necklace is lost There is no telephone number so I cannot call to speak to someone on the phone about it The necklace cost me $159.95, order ***, and is a gift to someone so I want it back
