This was our first experience with Morris Jenkins, and I must say we received excellent professional service. Our technician Ross was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the issue with the AC system and how best to fix it. We'll definitely use Morris Jenkins in the future!

Thomas was great to work with. He was on time, was knowledgeable, friendly and determined to fix our issues.

Tousont S came and reviewed an inspection report. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in correcting errors that had occurred previously. He was also able to facilitate additional work that was needed. He is a valuable member of your team!

If I could give 10 stars here I would for my tech Sadie! She was extremely prompt, friendly, knowledgeable... everything a homeowner requiring a service call desires. She made me feel completely at ease and explained everything in terms I could understand. A remarkable professional who I can trust!

Christine came out to our house to reconnect drain lines under our sink following a garbage disposal replacement. She showed up on time, and was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The job ended up being a little more complicated than expected due to our old house and old plumbing, but she made quick work of the issue.

There are many HVAC options these days for AC service, but I am thrilled we decided on Morris Jenkins. Ethan our HVAC technician took the time to explain our current AC dilemma and he provided us with 3 options to decide on which were all fair.

Quick diagnostic. Quick fix. Polite and low maintenance. What else could a consumer ask for?

Our A/C went out unexpectedly late on a Sunday night. We called several local providers who promised us returned calls from technicians, yet never reached back out to us. On Monday we called Morris-Jenkins who scheduled us for a same-day appointment on our first phone call. They called to provide us updates on the technician's status even though he was only going to be about 5 minutes late. The technician was courteous and friendly. He took the time to do a full diagnostic checkup on our system and recommend a maintenance plan that will hopefully help us avoid these situations in the future. They will definitely be the only A/C company that I will recommend or work with in the future!

Our air conditioner went out this week and we were fortunate to have Rik W come out today. He was prompt, did an exceptional job explaining what happened, and provided stellar customer service, driving almost an hour each way to get the part we needed and to install it day of. With an 11-month-old baby, I can't overstate how grateful I am to have our a/c working again.

I called Morris Jenkins about 2:30 this afternoon to schedule an annual service. I was told there was an opening for 3-6pm today! My technician Chris S called 30 minutes out. My AC unit is a senior citizen and has been a bit neglected, Chris provided not only his knowledge and expertise, but the tlc the old gal needed to start the season...gently! Thanks Chris and Morris Jenkins! Y'all made my day!!

From beginning to end Jim, Shawn and Zach did a great job! They explained everything thoroughly and understandably (and patiently:-) ) and carried out their work on time and professionally. They were friendly and wonderful to work with.
