I had my HVAC unit serviced by Chris Stapleton today. WHAT AN AWESOME GUY! He was professional and pleasant. He was thorough in explaining the services he provided and the recommendations for the health of my HVAC unit. After telling him why I decided to discontinue with my Priority membership, he took the time to explain the advantages of being a Priority Member in a way that I understood, so I re-enrolled. Chris Stapleton is a great technician and he is definitely an asset to the Morris Jenkins family. I'm glad that he was sent to my home today.

Nic was great! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He did a great job and didn't mind having a four-legged "helper". I ended up getting the membership so got a full inspection/cleaning but I'm glad I did as I ended up having some clogs and needed a repair made. There was no pressure in selling me this membership but it just made sense if you plan on doing regular maintenance.

Called to my residence twice to fix an issue. When the issue continued, manager said it was a design flaw and could not be fixed-needed complete redo.
On Nov. 1, 2018, I contacted Morris-Jenkins for a leak coming from one of my upstairs bathrooms at my short-term rental unit. I was told that it was because of a set screw and paid $348 for the repair. On Mar. 1, 2019, I called about the same issue in the unit. This time I was told that my deck spout was leaking and paid $1184.04. On Mar 7, 2019, while I had staying and paying guests, the issue occurred again. I had to close for 2-days at a cost of $250/day. This time they sent a supervisor, Troy C, who said that essentially the issue was caused by a design flaw and could not be fixed without redoing the entire bathroom-knocking out walls, removing wood and windows, etc. If it was a design flaw, why did you charge me for 2-repairs that I obviously didn't need?
I called in a second opinion. The issue was fixed with a $40 elongated shower neck. We have not had an issue since March.

My condenser fan motor quit working, I called Morris-Jenkins Sunday afternoon about 3:00 pm. Within one hour, Hunter Deal arrived at my door, he has to be the best service-repair tech you could ever be blessed to have. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring about your repair problem..He explains everything where you understand all your problems. He goes above and beyond your expectations, you never feel uncomfortable with his abilities to do quality repairs, he is very experienced and checks everything before he quits. You have no questions about your repair before he leaves.. He not only cares about his work, he cares about "you", no matter how long it takes. He is an exceptional young man. Never hesitate to call Morris-Jenkins, you will be glad you did.

Great service, great techs. I called around 0800 and had a new air unit installed and running by 1600. I'll have cool air at our house tonight.
