Andrew M was right on time, very courteous, kind, and fixed the problem pretty quick. Offered options for problems that need to be addressed at some point, but no pressure. He was very thorough, did a great job, and didn't leave a mess. Both toilets work now! YAY! I am completely satisfied with the results and the cost was fair.

Efficient, explained well

Damon E was the technician who came to provide my systems check-up yesterday. I was very pleased. First I received an e-mail titled "Your Technician is On the Way" with a photo and introductory information about Mr. E. He arrived on time and was very cordial and helpful. He was thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. As a result of his great service, I'd like to request him for my future service needs with Morris Jenkins.

I had a great experience with Michael F! He was here exactly at 8am, was courteous and even let my 2 year old play with him. Not only was her thorough in his inspection, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood. He took care of me and my family. If I could request any technician to come out every time, it would definitely be Michael!

I Really don't know what to say. I called Morris Jenkins and they sent me an amazing service tech named Chris C. A very smart and kind young man. I am so pleased with everything he did to help me have my ac back up and running. I will highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Morris Jenkins for having such great personnel.

Darryl came out to do our routine maintenance and noticed an issue with the starter on our older downstairs air condition unit. He gave us a quote on the spot but no pressure to make repairs immediately. After discussing costs with my husband we called to schedule the repairs and Darryl came back to make the repairs. I like that the same tech was sent back to us! Darryl is very courteous and personable and also professional. I enjoyed having him as our service and repair tech.

Shane came out very quickly after we called about our 19 year old water heater which finally bit the dust. He thoroughly went over everything and what our options are. He wrote everything up and said the installation team for our new water heater would arrive between 12:30 and 2:00. As a pleasant surprise to us, Hunter arrived around 11:30 and started removing the old unit to get ready for the new one to arrive. Will brought the new unit and went right to work. He went over what was going to happen and he and Hunter started getting the new unit ready. When the work was completed, Will and Hunter had everything looking professionally done and the work area was left cleaner than they found it. Will went back through everything and answered all my questions to satisfaction. Shane, Hunter, and Will, as well as Morris-Jenkins Plumbing get my highest recommendation. We would not hesitate to call them for any of our future plumbing needs. Two thumbs up!!!

This was our first experience with Morris-Jenkins and we were very pleased. Our technician, Pete S, was courteous, professional, and did an extremely thorough job. Charlie was great - pleasant, courteous, and polite. He let me know, in detail, what he was going to do before he did it. After he finished, he went over what he did again. I can tell the difference since my AC unit was serviced - fresher air, cooler, etc. As a Priority Advantage customer, I am very happy with the service I received.
