Booked a hot water flush with Morris-Jenkins. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day. Technician showed up at the appointment time promptly and introduced herself. Christine was a pleasure, covered her shoes to prevent tracking and was super sweet to our fur babies. She completed the flush and took pictures of the existing unit quickly and efficiently and then gave recommendations and options without any hard sell to which I have become accustomed. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend and would like to express our extreme satisfaction with Christine and her service.

Michael D is a true asset to the company. His wonderful personality and knowledge definitely show. Hands down the best experience I have had with a rep from Morris Jenkins.

Morris-Jenkins handled my appointment incredibly professionally and efficiently (this was my first time using them; my realtor recommended them to me). Every step of the way there was communication from them to me via email, phone, and by texting. They emailed me a picture of the technician, Bobby, prior to him arriving at my home. Bobby did a great job of finding and fixing a problem with my system while he was doing the inspection. He also did a great job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Thanks again for a great job and a pleasant experience.

Very impressed with the service I received from Morris-Jenkins. My thirty plus year unit went out! Within six hours of talking with salesperson, I had air conditioning! Ross, Ben, Anthony and Matt were all very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. All seemed thoroughly trained in doing their job and customer service/satisfaction. Everything was explained to me in detail. I am very pleased with overall experience and service with Morris-Jenkins and their team.

Great service from Damon. He was very informative and answered all questions. Great personality and he took time to get to know me personally and not just as a business customer. I was just having a spring maintenance check and he found a slight problem and repaired immediately. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.

Just having Morris-Jenkins direct our plumbing project is fantastic but more importantly to us they have hired women to the staff out in the field doing plumbing. Yet to have Rachel as a team member is even more fantastic. We scheduled her to visit with Larry to take care of our main drain problems. They analyzed several ways to repair and improve the problem but more importantly gave us four pricing options to permanently repair it. But I must sing the praises not only of Larry but especially of Rachel, who was more than courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She even helped me cut up a huge box for the recycle pickup the next day with her trusty box cutter while she was waiting for another phase of the project to begin. It would have taken me eons with a carving knife. It just goes to show you that little things in customer service are even more important than the big expected things. Hats off to Morris-Jenkins, again, and Rachel.

This is the second time I had Steven from Morris-Jenkins service my system. The first time was in November 2018 for the furnace. The second time was May 2019 for the AC. Steven was professional and very knowledgeable. The AC was not cooling efficiently and Steven started down his checklist by opening all vents, replacing the filters and cleaning the unit. Ultimately he found the system was low on coolant. After refilling, the system was working like new. He is the only tech I will have working on my HVAC.

Chase did an amazing job! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He Figured out what was wrong with my AC unit within minutes and after repairing he went through exactly what the problem was step by step. So helpful! I reached out to Morris Jenkins this afternoon and they had Chase come by within a few hours - that is incredible. All other companies I reached out to only had 1st available appointments Friday afternoon. Will only be using Morris Jenkins from now on... thanks for an amazing service!

Chris called prior to his arrival and was on time. He explained what his service call entailed very thoroughly. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced in his profession. During his time servicing our A/C he greeted my two children and became more of a friend. Having said this all of the technicians MJ sends out are excellent.
Everyone should have a service contract with Morris Jenkins. Money well spent.

A special Thank You to Jeff B in Customer Service for his help this morning with issues being experienced with smoke / co2 detectors going off. He was very insightful and comforting to me and sent Jay S to fix the issue.

Jay was very professional and understanding of my personal situation and methodically found the issue(s) with the detectors and solved the problem

Both men were outstanding in a difficult time of my needing help and I can not Thank You enough for providing the professionalism of these men with the calmness that I needed today.

David H was AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. I have never met anyone more professional and easy to get along with. He and I joked the whole visit he was there in addition to him helping me with my AC cooling issues.

Ray & Lindsay were prompt and very professional. I highly recommend them!

We called because we had a leak coming from one of our toilets and we had a garbage disposal that also started leaking. We called for an appointment and were told that they could have someone out within the hour. John R showed up and took care of both problems with a great attitude, and he even shared helpful tips on how to maintain the new garbage disposal that he installed. The whole process took maybe 2 hours. When he left he made sure to clean up after himself and he did it all with a smile. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will definitely call Morris Jenkins again. I am very pleased that everything was handled personably and professionally.

Andrew did an excellent job. Very professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He had all the answers for my numerous questions, which I very much appreciated.
He also spotted what was going to be a potential problem and corrected it too. I can most highly recommend him.

AC unit went out on a Friday. Called Monday at 8:30 for a service appointment, and had a new unit installed and running less than 12 hours later. Extremely happy with the service and tech and installers were fantastic. Chris and Andrey did a great job explaining everything they were doing, answering questions, and leaving my place clean when they finished. Will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Just got done with my first ever appointment with Morris Jenkins. I came home to a non-flushing toilet, called them and within one hour, a plumber was at my door. I had the pleasure of working with Gene who took his time diagnosing the problem, and had it fixed within minutes. It was rather a simple problem, thank goodness, but he was nice enough to stay and do a few other housekeeping things including testing my water. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. He was not pushy in trying to sell me something that I didn't need. He was very honest and upfront. I will definitely be calling him back should I need any other repair work..

Donald was my technician and he was excellent. I had a 12 noon to 3 pm window, and he arrived at 12:15pm. Donald stayed extra until my issue was pinpointed. I am totally satisfied!
