He not only does an excellent job, but he is very personable and extremely kind listening as I attempt to describe the problem. He solved the immediate problem and then described what could be a potential solution considering the age of the valves. It's always a learning experience with J. C., patience explanation and very much appreciated.

Joey A Did a great job in installing the gas valve for the water heater. He called before he came and alerted me in advance what time he was arriving. He installed a gas valve in minutes and conducted himself politely and professionally. He is a great asset for the company.

Our air conditioner died last night
By 8 am George W from Morris Jenkins was there to fix it. they ordered the parts and got them in so they could fix it the same day. George W was absolutely super to work with and did a great job.

Jordan S was very efficient and helpful in resolving our air problem. He was thorough and was kind enough to even show me where the problem was so I would better understand. I appreciate him being very courteous and respectful in our home.

Terry L arrived at planned time. Conducted a toilet check for water not shutting off.
Diagnosed the problem to be an out of adjustment shut off valve. He made the proper
adjustment and tested for proper toilet operation multiple times. He truly knew his stuff,
and fully explained what he was doing clearly and in terms I understood. Excellent experience

Lisa came out to my house around noon for an issue I thought was related to my nest thermostat. I had just closed on this house about two weeks prior. It turns out the HVAC system hadn't been serviced in 5 years and that day it was 95 degrees outside. Everything from the electrical to the coils needed servicing. After spending two to three hours cleaning, Lisa came back to me and gave me a full list of issues and necessary repairs to keep my dated system working hopefully for another two years. It was reasonably priced, considering the alternative was buying a whole new system. After being given 3 options at different price points I choose the one that made the most sense to keep my HVAC going. She ultimately spent about 8 full hours at my house to fix and clean everything. I haven't received service like that since moving to the *** area. It's very rare to have someone that qualified and patient walk you through each issue and option in today's service industry. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much!

Exceptional response time and service. Eric, Martin, Les and Cheyanne were all exceptional. Despite being bad news that we had to replace an HVAC unit, we were walked through the options with no pressure. Given thoughtful advise on the options. All questions were answered. Then Les and Cheyanne showed up the same day in 100 degree heat and installed the unit in no time. Very impressive.

Bryant was knowledgable and got everything set up to get the bathroom setup and fixed. We always get good service from Morris Jenkins.

Install crew were here for over 10 hours
when we'd been told it would only take
4-5 hours.
When they left the circulating pump wasn't working and regulating valve was set too high.
So called later and MJ sent a tech out this morning.
He found circulating pump wasn't switched on
and pressure regulating valve set at highest
setting of 75psi. Tech reset to 65psi
Now circulating pump is running and hot water comes
out quickly and pressure is better.
The install crew had to work in hot and uncomfortable conditions
our main criticism is that they didn't check
that circulating pump was running and didn't
set PRV to 65 which would have avoided having
to call out a tech today to correct it.

We requested the $89 special that included cleaning and inspection of our AC unit. I was able to text and set up an apppointment, which was very convenient! Morgan came out and did an amazing job! He was very kind and answered all our questions! If we ever need anything again, I would go out of my way to request him!
