On Memorial Day at around 3:00pm my a/c started blowing hot air and I wasn't sure what to do. I have had issues in the past with my unit because it is an older unit but everytime I would call out an HVAC repair company they were more adamant about selling me a new system rather than fix the problem. I decided to reach out to Morris-Jenkins because I have heard really good things about the company. I was actually able to get Chris S out same day. When Chris arrived he was very professional and very courteous. He listened to my concerns and had some ideas on what was going. The difference is that he was the only person out of 3 other companies I used to actually run test on my system to find the problem instead of just saying " this whole system needs to be replaced ". He did suggest a replacement system because it is a very old system but he was the only one to offer the option of a fix to get it running again. I absolutely recommend Morris-Jenkins and Chris S in particular with any heating and cooling needs. When it comes time to replace my whole system, I will for sure use Chris S and Morris-Jenkins to do it. It was 86 degrees in my home before Chris S arrived and by the end of the night I was wrapped up in a blanket from the cold air blasting throughout my home. Thank you Chris for the fix!!!

Harold & John installed our new system today. Arrived on time (even a little early). They were very professional and knowledgeable of the systems they install. They left my yard just as they found it with no trash left behind. You wouldn't have know they were even here. Afterward the electrician from Morris-Jenkins came and inspected everything. All was well and the unit is purring along. The *** is so quiet, I was shocked. Great work and a customer earned for a long time to come.

Matthew provided excellent customer service and if I ever require Morris-Jenkins' services in the future, I will definitely ask for him again!! ð??ð??ð??ð??ð??

I would like to make a special commendation for Ross A of Morris-Jenkins for the professionalism with which he conducted himself and for the fair and honest representation of the company, Morris-Jenkins. He was quite competent and allowed the facts and figures to speak for themselves, thereby alleviating pressure on the customer in making the proper selection of the Air Conditioning Unit. This is the way business should be done.

Morris-Jenkins was a big help to me when I needed service on a broken A/C unit on a short time frame. I called at 11:00pm and they scheduled me for 8:00am service the next morning. The technician was thorough and conscientious in his work. He got my unit back up and running in the short time I needed.

I cannot thank Marc from Morris Jenkins enough for his prompt attention for fixing my air conditioner. In the past, Marc has taken care of our heating and air conditioning needs. He is, polite and always has a smile. But most importantly his knowledge is invaluable.

So...we've been in trouble with our water heater for a little while. We noticed another leak in the wall last night. We called and spoke to a very pleasant young lady that scheduled an appointment for us on Sunday between 12-3pm. Eddie called us before he came, to let us know his arrival time of 12:15pm. He is such an awesome young man who assessed the situation and quoted us some prices. Although we weren't able to purchase their heaters, Eddie fixed the leak, giving us some time to shop around! He was very , very friendly and truly professional! Thank you Eddie for helping us on this hot, Memorial Day Weekend! ð???

Absolutely the best experience I've had with HVAC repair/maintenance. Bud was such a professional in how he approached troubleshooting a system he has never worked on before. He took the time to completely cover the state of our 13 year old system with us and offered options on how best to provide a solution. I will, without hesitation, call Morris Jenkins for any future needs.

Zach was great! He was right on time for our appointment. Zach was very courteous and professional. Morris Jenkins is always a pleasure to work with. The plumbing issue was quickly diagnosed, and Zach got right to work. He evaluated the drains that were running slow, and one didn't need to be snaked, so he just cleared the top and didn't charge for that one. Very fair! I have found the Priority Advantage membership to be worthwhile. It's a nice elevated level of service. Honestly, every aspect of the process with Morris Jenkins is great; from the customer service provided when you call to the quality of work performed to their online portal & capabilities. I'm a fan.
