Hunter was great! He explained everything to us. He told us why our ac wasn't working, and what we need to do to fix it properly. He also offered temp window units if the temporary fix doesn't last. He was super friendly and really seemed to care about our family being comfortable.

I'm a new home owner and know very little about the AC Unit. My air had been out for 5 days. Bobby did an amazing job explaining everything and getting my unit up and running in no time! I actually just complained of being cold. (Lol). He was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks for the amazing customer service from the beginning to end! Great experience!

Great experience with the installation of our new AC!

As usual, Morris Jenkins delivered professional, valuable service. Though the work was more extensive than I had planned, I am happy knowing it was done with most valuable skills and quality. Sarah, Larry, and another customer service member addressed our plumbing needs as efficiently and effectively as possible. Appreciate the kind, friendly service and as always, a job well done.

Time and time again Jason has done a fantastic job! I am extremely happy with the work that he has done for me and he is one of the main reasons I continue to use Morris Jenkins. I called about a plumbing issue I was having and Morris-Jenkins sent Chris V to my home.
Chris was professional, knowledgable, and a hard worker. He checked out my home for possible reasons for my problem. He then explained to me each and every aspect of my situation and proceeded to repair my problem. Morris-Jenkins is fortunate to have a person of Chris' caliber representing their company. When my next plumbing problem occurs I'm requesting Chris!

Each and every person we dealt with was courteous knowledgeable friendly and a total professional. Wish all companies had a staff like this. I would give them ten stars if possible

As a first time customer , I was very I mpressed the professionalism and the amount of time Eb took in conducting the initial review of my heating and cooling system. He arrived on time and was very thorough in conducting the inspection and going over his assessment with me. He pointed out the things that I can do to improve airflow or ensure proper airflow. We will definitely use Morris Jenkins and their technicians for our routine inspections.

I called MJenkins at 10:30am after calling 3 other highly rated companies. All 3 didn't have availability's today, but had some late tomorrow or the next day. So, with that I decided to take an appointment tomorrow with a competitor at 3-5. At this point, I remembered someone I know that said, MJenkins also shows u when you need them. I asked the competitor to hold my appt, but I was calling MJENKINS to check their availability. To shorten my Long Story. Rick from MJENKINS showed up a few minutes after 12:00, performed diagnostics on my HVAC unit, found the issue, explained it, showed it to me, & then gave me the options for them to replace my part. Rik completed the install, made sure my unit was running properly, & my discharge temperature was efficient. I must say, sometimes I feel the prices are a little steep for some work these techs perform, BUT, my schedule is full, I have little time for anything, & that good piece of mind I just got was so worth it. Now I'm not knocking the other companies, I'm just letting you all know that they were timely & efficient. Oh yes, I cancelled my 3-5 for tomorrow.

Chris S" was professional knew problem and solution.Unclogged drain ,vacuum water and glued joints not glued.Went beyond his job to fix other drain issues.

We were very impressed with our service technician today. He arrived as scheduled and completed the diagnostics in a reasonable time period.
We have a maintenance contract with Morris -Jenkins and will continue to have one. The company is honest and does a complete job whatever the issue may be.

I am very sorry that I have failed to give the technicians name as he deserves a great deal of credit for making my day easier!

Outstanding experience! Installed new a/c and furnace and I hardly knew the guys were here. And when we spoke, they could not have been more courteous. 10 out of 10!!!

Oh boy.... I say it every time one of your techs make their visit and that is "You are the best." I'm sure I'll say it the next time also. Daniel R hasn't been with MJ too long but his knowledge of my A/C, his mannerism, his smile, his professionalism makes me believe he will be a big asset to your organization for many years to come. I really appreciate all MJ does for me and other family members to assure us we will be with care free heat and A/C all seasons long.
One more thing, Daniel made my A/C unit look brand new before he left.
