Jason L...is an excellent service technician,very professional and honest young man.He came to our house to replace a previous ordered expansion valve, he recheck the system to make sure that this was the correct diagnostic.The system did not needed the expansion valve replaced and this very knowledgeable and courteous technician save us some money..thank you very much Jason...we really appreciate everything you did...but what we appreciate more is you honesty...thank you again.

He went about the work methodically; did all the inspection, tune-up, and cleaning within a very reasonable time. Afterword, he explained what he had done and gave some advice about the age of our unit. Very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding. We have just completed almost $200,000 in renovations to our home the past months. We had the best last. Hard working and customer conscious teamwork that completed a challenging assignment over 10 hours. Be careful my wife may be talking to them again and this time she might be doing the selling. Issues were identified late last week. Team put together at end of last weekend and completed earlier this evening.

We were scheduled for an AC seasonal service. Damon called before arrival and was ready to go when he arrived. He exhibited a friendly but professional demeanor and was focused on giving the best service. System check out seemed thorough and my questions were answered. I believe he was well trained and competent. I think he was a very good representative of Morris-Jenkins.

David is a stand up guy, extremely professional, courteous, personable, and very skilled and knowledgeable. He's come out to my home a few different times to perform my maintenance on my heat pump and has always done a fantastic job. We always look forward to David coming by and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's always my first choice and soon enough, he'll be your first choice too.
