We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with her online Order 6931697015. We have processed a refund for our customer for the lost ottoman. Our customer was emailed $42.07 in Kohl's Cash and $15.23 was applied to her Visa ending in [redacted]
We regret
the customer’s recent issue with their fragrance purchase. Please advise the
customer to respond with their receipt or order information so we may research this
matter further.
Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed 01/23/16, back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Upon review of Order 4535689186 , it appears the customer selected the address. Our system requires our customers to first select, and then confirm the desired shipping address before placing an order. Also, a confirmation email is generated immediately after the order is submitted displaying all of...
the order information. We allow a 30 minute timeframe for modifications to be made to a order or to cancel the order. The customer has used this address in the past for a order placed on December 27, 2015. The customer can contact the recipient them to send back the items or refuse the order since she is aware of who resides at the address. Unfortunately, this was not a Kohl's error, she would still be responsible for the package.
We regret the customer's desired merchandise arrived damaged. Our records show a UPS pick-up was scheduled on 12/06/15 for the merchandise. The customer will be credited with 5-7 business after the merchandise arrived back to our warehouse. If the customer still desires the merchandise, we are...
more than happy to honor the original price paid, and free shipping. Regrettably, we are not able to discount the merchandise any further as it is an exclusion. The manufacturer of this product prohibits any additional discounting of this item. The customer may simply reply to this complaint with the new order number and we will credit her accordingly. We are happy to honor 30% off a future Kohls.com order that does not include any excluded merchandise. We apologize for any disappointment.
I didn't ask to be refunded...I asked for them to ship my item. I should not have had to repurchase an item I already bought.
Upon further review of Order 4506818779, it appears the
customer contacted us in regards to the address one hour after the order was submitted.
On our website, it does state there is a
30 minute time frame for order modifications. Unfortunately, since this was not
a Kohl’s error, we are...
unable to issue a credit as requested. The customer is
still responsible for Order 4506818779. If either of the items are returned to
Kohl’s, we will be happy to apply the credit towards the customer’s order.

Thank you for again contacting Kohl's directly with your concerns. I apologize that we were unable to address your concerns previously.Kohl’s offers promotional events designed to provide our customers with exceptional value. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration the
customer experienced on June 11, 2015 at the Hialeah Store. It appears we did

her Kohl's Charge. We do not accept Kohl's Gift Cards as payments on
the Kohl's Charge. Although you cannot
make a payment using a Kohl’s Gift Card or Kohl's Merchandise Credit, payments
can be made at every Kohl's store using a check, cash, or money order. Payments can also be made using Kohl's Cares
Gift Cards, which are Gift Cards sold by non-profit organizations as part of a
fundraising program. Payments can also
be made through our automated telephone system or online through My Kohl's
Charge by using your bank routing number and checking account number. We are more
than happy to send the customer a $50.00 gift card for the inconvenience and
frustration, as well as a replacement for the original that was not redeemed at
checkout on June 11, 2016.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My first order on 6/26 - I was charged $51.00 on my American Express for a dress that was returned on 7/6/16 and received only $41.00 credit to my AMEX. I was shorted $10.00 on this return. My second order on 7/1 - I was charged $75.99 on my American Express for (1) pant and (1) dress that was returned on 7/13/16 and received $75.99 credit to my AMEX. On this second order, I used a discount of $10.00 in Kohl's cash to reduce the overall charge from a total of $85.99 to $75.99.Upon returning the second order, Kohl's 'tried' to give me $10.00 on a merchandise card that must be used to purchase merchandise in their stores, instead of crediting the $10.00 owed back to my American Express where it originally debited on the first order. I declined to accept the merchandise credit card that the store wanted to give me and left it with the individual at Customer Service of the Hillsboro, Oregon store. Kohl's still owes me $10.00 in credit returned to my American Express. This is, in my opinion, a crime as they are taking a customer's money owed and switching it to a merchandise credit that must be spent in their stores. Between two orders, I paid Kohl's $126.99 from my American Express, and to date they have only returned in credit to my American Express $116.99. All items purchased on these two orders have been returned to Kohl's. I did not accept the merchandise credit they attempted to force upon me instead of the $10.00 owed to the American Express on the first order returned. This is an unethical practice to take a customer's money, and with all items returned, attempt to keep a portion of the money owed back to the original form of payment by offering a merchandise credit.Summary of transaction payments and credits:Purchase #1 Paid Kohl's from American Express $51.00 Return #1 Kohl's credited American Express $41.00 ($10 shorted)Purchase #2 Paid Kohl's from American Express $75.99 Return #2 Kohl's credited American Express $75.99 (offered a $10 merchandise credit instead of crediting the $10.00 shorted on order #1)Again, to be clear, I did not accept the merchandise credit offered at the store and left it with the woman behind the customer service desk at Kohl's Hillsboro, Oregon store on July 6, 2016.I am still owed $10.00 in credit to my American Express from return #1 where I was shorted (I paid $51, Kohl's credited only $41.00).This is the only acceptable resolution I will accept. Kohl's should not be allowed to steal money from their customer (or, in this case, former customer).
