For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is NOT about getting anything for FREE. I want a positive experience. What I did expect from Kohl's is to make things RIGHT. That's an offer that was offered by ANOTHER supervisor for another mess up. It shows that this company is NOT consistent and does NOT care about the customer experience. What I did expect is a senior member of management to call and discuss the problem and address how the problem would be resolved. However, that is NOT what happened and Kohl's executives are coward and don't have the guts to address the actual issue. I would have been happy with a phone call and apologizing but instead it shows the CORE values of this company is unstable and I am not happy with I had ZERO contact from management. I'll be sure to pass this experience to everyone I know. It started as a small problem and it kept getting bigger. Even the people at the top don't care about the actual experience the customer gets.

[redacted]My Mother ([redacted]) has written thousands of checks in her life - NO PROBLEMS. She has sufficient funds in her checking account (Capitol Bank in De Pere, WI). She probably has NEVER written more than 3 or 4 checks in one day in her life. We would like her name cleared of this matter and the ability to continue to write checks for her purchases. [redacted]
Since I had paid with Kohl;s credit card and I do have the receipt for it, why they can not send me a check, why should I accept the store credit? I do not wish to do business with them anymore.

days and I have not received my pre-paid Visa gift card of $50 from Kohls. I once again chatted with a Kohls representative on Thursday May 5, 2016 who said give it 15 business days from April 23rd. Kohls can not keep on pushing the date back. It has now been well over 8 weeks since my claim was processed and validated and has been 10 business days since April 23rd, the date Kohls said I was to receive the gift card in their response to my complaint. I ask Kohls again to provide me the gift card and if need be provide shipping/tracking details to prove that it has been mailed.

We
respectfully decline the request. As our customer earned $20.00 Kohl's Cash on
her online order and subsequently redeemed the Kohl's Cash on a later order,
the return value on the original order was reduced by the amount of Kohl's Cash used. For additional terms

We
apologize for the disappointment. On January 23, we processed a credit in the
amount of $80.00, in compensation for the price adjustment on the Kohls.com
order ending in 2327, which will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending in 1204
in an average of seven days.
As
a gesture of goodwill and our commitment to customer service we are offering to
send the customer a $25.00 Kohl’s gift card.
Our records indicate we initially mailed a check to our customer on July 14, 2017. Since our customer states she did not receive this, we canceled that check and reprocessed a new check on August 1, 2017 in the amount of $33.27. Please have our customer allow 7-14 days for mail delivery.
Our customers Kohls.com order was initially shipped using one tracking number; however, UPS split this into three separate shipments based on the size of the order, creating two additional tracking numbers. Our records indicate that two shipments were delivered, and the third shipment is scheduled...
to be delivered on July 24, by end of day. We apologize for the delay in shipment, and will send a $10 gift card in the mail in compensation for the delay.
We have no record of any system errors that would have prevented the
customer from redeeming the promised promotion. As previously stated
we have accommodated the request for the $10 promised credit. We apologize for
any disappointment.
The final shipment...
was the one that we couldn't find. It was found this afternoon in the neighbor's yard stuck in a pile of snow and ice. the package was ruined, but we are hoping the suit wasn't. while the item was found, it was obviously not placed on our property in a proper manner. It would not have been lost if it had been placed inside the screen door or on the side door where we get the rest of our mail. It was placed instead in the path of wind and snow and was lost as a result. Had we not gone outside and dug through the snow and ice, it would have remained there until spring. Regardless, Kohl's did nothing to remedy the problem. Again, I was told I would be waiting 2-3 weeks and I wasn't able to enjoy swimming with my family. Whether this was on Kohl's end or the shipper's end, it was not on mine and I don't appreciate the hassle this has been. [redacted] Well, I must indicate that on my receipt there is absolutely no indication that there is a thirty day policy. I am one valued customer they will lose if they fail to accept the product back because my receipt does not indicate such. I will return every piece of merchanize that I have at my house back to their store. They are very untruthful

[redacted]This refund, if it actually comes through in another 10 days, is short by $9.57 Kohl's charged me $62.54 and is refunding $52.97. THe package was not delivered because of "an incomplete address" per the US post office so is no fault my mine it was undeliverable. Therefore I should be be responsible for their shipping charge. Kohl's Cash is non-transferable. This situation was handled correctly under our current Kohl's Cash policy, and no compensation is warranted. Please have our customer contact our fraud department at ###-###-#### to discuss in further detail.
Kohl's was notified by the carrier that the customer's anticipated package was returned due to "No mail receptacle, unable to forward." We have processed a return for the Nutribullet on 02/09/16. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business day to receive this. We apologize for any...

takes for her to get to the store. As we do not invoke a time limit for
returns, she is welcome to return these items to the store when she is in the
area, and when it is most convenient for her.
