I called back twice, including less than a half hour after their phone call to me and left a message both times. I have not heard back. I still have the packages because no one has been assigned to pick them up.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with her recent Kohls.com return. The Kohl's Cash ending in 3777 still has the balance of $85.89 on there which she can use up to March 12, 2017. We will research the other 3 Kohl's Cash which reflect no balance....
Once we research her inquiry, we will be happy to follow up with our customer.
I purchased over $50 of items from Kohl's and used my $40 kohl's cash for these items. As an afterthought I added a pocketbook and Kohl's assigned the Kohl's cash all to that once I returned the pocket book. I do not want Kohl's cash and want the $40 refunded to my Kohl's charge card. I do not want Kohl's prorating anything to drive up their sales which they are doing.
We regret to learn that the advertised item was not available. We make every effort to ensure that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers. However, on occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers. Additionally, there may be instances where customer demand exceeds our inventory. We apologize for any additional disappointment.
In order for our customer to receive a full refund for Kohl's Cash used on their order, they would need to speak to an associate. The customer can contact is 1-800-837-0302.

Signage and pricing accuracy is very important to us and we
make every effort to ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled and

regret that our associates were not more accommodating when the matter was

I know that KOHLs believes that they have sent the awards by email, but they have not been received or used. They appear unwilling to try to figure out why I have not been receiving their emails and instead just continue to deny there is a problem. That's not helpful AT All. They are not even going to try to figure out why they are unable to get these to me. That's a poor attitude toward a very long and loyal customer. It is truly offensive and hurtful to me that they are not even willing to try to determine what the IT problem is and will continue to say they are sending me awards that I am not receiving. Pity. Just lost much of my loyalty.

Regrettably the New York state surcharge and tax did not process with the return. We have credit the remaining $8.17 back to the customer's Discover ending in 8347. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We have processed a refund for our customer on December 31, 2016 and we emailed $52.66 to our customer and applied $16.50 to the Visa ending in 5329.
To investigate this further, please have customer respond with the order number that was impacted.

The $90.00 credit does NOT resolve this issue. I am owed an additional $90 for the Kohl's cash deducted from my return. I also think as a goodwill I am owed an apology and a goodwill credit for the several hours of my time sitting on HOLD.
