Upon review of our customer's claim, it appears on December 29, 2016, our online department applied an additional credit for $385.06 to our customers Kohl's Charge. With this credit being processed, it does confirm the full credit of the original order.

[redacted] I am aware that Kohl's covers themselves legally by including statements on the back of coupons.  However, Kohl's misleads customers by telling them they will receive rewards for using Kohl's credit cards.  After the rewards are earned, the customer then is informed through the use of a disclaimer on the coupon that they will not receive the full amount of the reward because of the way the coupon will be applied to a purchase.  The only way the customer would receive the full amount promised is if they purchase an item at the "regular" price.  Based on existing lawsuits against Kohl's it is debatable that there is any such thing as a "regular" price at Kohl's.  Therefore, Kohl's knows full well that the customer will not receive the reward amount promised.  A $5 reward is not going to result in $5 to the customer, but will be reduced due to the coupon being applied prior to the discount.I have asked Kohl's to explain how they justify treating customers in this way.  Legal or not, this is akin to saying that I can take money from a guy I meet on the street as long as I tell him I intend to do so.  How do they justify this?  Legal doesn't necessarily mean right.  Has it ever occurred to Kohl's management that people may appreciate a merchant who will be honest with people rather than trying to dupe them out of every nickel they can?

There is no orders. There is a problem on Kohls.com website. When I was trying to place the order using the gift cards, the money in the gift card was taken but no orders generated. You can repeat this problem when you use gift cards that are 1 cent more than the total amount of the order. You can search my phone number for the cases created when I called kohls (the case number was treated as SSN and not allowed here). Revdex.com:

Our store has attempted to contact our customer directly in order to address our customer's concern. They reached out to our customer via email since a phone number was not provided. If the customer wishes to be contacted via telephone, she would need to provide a valid contact number.

I received a message from Kohls to be honest I can't get over the audacity of this company. They're sending a replacement card out I never received the first one can they send it express mail or provide a tracking number? I appreciate all of your assistance in this matter & please let the record state I'm totally dissastified with the Kohls corporation from top to bottom I've placed four orders via Kohls & their batting 100 they screwed up each of the four. This is totally ridiculous I've spend over $60 fighting over $10.

In order to assist our customer with the rebate, is the customer requesting packing slips? The customer is able to log into her shopping account on Kohls.com and print out packing slips for her orders.

The Rewards certificate is issued during the first week of the following month. It is based on the total points earned the previous month. The current earning period and certificate can be found on the Rewards home page. The certificate will be also be sent to the email address you provided. To...

We are unable to accommodate the customer's request to honor the expired coupons, as there is no indication the customer's e-mail was undeliverable, or they were unable to log into their Kohl's Yes2You Rewards account.

As I told the Kohls customer service representative during initial call, I am a cancer patient going through cancer treatment and NOT home.  Also, they were to email a prepaid return label, which I have not received to this day.  I still think it is unacceptable that I ordered a brand new mattress pad and received an opened and clearly used one and it's my responsibility to take care of it and find a way to return, under my current condition, and await a refund and have to place a new order and wait.  First of all, under my current condition, I do not want to be handling a used mattress pad with my compromised immune system.  This item is just going in trash.  I'm not dealing with this.  I do not have the time or energy to do the work for an error THEY made.    Kohls should just refund or replace, it's their awful mistake.....not mine.  This was not my error, this is all on Kohls.  Poor service and poor company "policy".  Unacceptable practices.

orders may be subject to additional verification, and as a result may be
canceled. However, as Kohl's Fraud Department was able to verify the necessary
information, we are able to honor a $370.00 credit, in compensation...

for the
lost Kohl's Cash, but, the order would have to be replaced. Once this is done,
please respond back with the order number, and we would be more than happy to
process the credit, up to $370.00.
