[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]\A Company can Not void a 30 day warranty if they do Not have a replacement available,for the defective item they sold, it is against the law. PERIOD. Give a refund for the defective item, and give us back any kohl's cash used, which, would be spent at kohl's, and both people win.This isn't much different than Kohl's "False Reference Pricing scheme" Only the names have changed, It's stealing earned customer Kohl's cash, Kohl's falsely voiding warranties, Not having a replacements available. And most certainly Credit card Fraud. The LA City Attorney summed up what the court decision was in the suite against Kohl's in that scheme. Their office will ensure Customers can make informed choices when spending their hard earned money; without, fraudulent schemes. If not resolved by Kohl's Now The City's office would most assuredly take this scheme too. I will be filing for Credit card fraud

apologize for the disappointment. On November 20, 2017, Kohl's Cash
was earned on a Kohls.com order and redeemed on a later Kohls.com order, on November 27, 2017. Consequently, Kohl's Corporate Refund Department reduced the refund by a partial amount of the redeemed Kohl's Cash. Further, the...
return receipt does indicate
that, "further processing will determine your final refund". As such,
we stand behind this decision and respectfully decline the desired settlement
request.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, I agree that they did provide these instructions, as I mentioned in my initial complaint. But I never stated they never told me how to get a refund... I reject this ridiculous response as it does not rectify their error. I have since moved and now live over 45 minutes away from the Kohl's location that the order was originally supposed to be picked up from. Going to the store is no longer an option for me. For the Revdex.com's records, and for Kohl's to mail my refund as they promised initially, I will provide my updated address below my response. I called the store location and was transferred to a manager by the name of [redacted]. Let me first say that I commend [redacted] on quality customer service, the appropriate customer service that I have yet to receive from Kohl's Corporate Customer Service department. I explained the situation to [redacted] and he said that the store cannot do anything, that I should have received a "reimbursement" email with a barcode that totaled the combined unused gift card and Kohl's cash. He stated that it normally takes 3-4 days and that he, himself, has received this type of email after he had placed online orders that were subsequently cancelled due to out of stock items. He stated Customer Service should be able to track the email down that I should have received, see the reference number tied to the reimbursement and see that the funds have not been used and either re-send the email or mail it to me. Finally, someone from Kohl's that makes sense!!! Why is he able to understand the process but corporate cannot? Kohl's, please response and govern yourself accordingly.
