We have processed a refund in the amount $144.43 for Order 6981681487. This will be applied to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 2761. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect.

As the sign states, "50% off Apt. 9 or Tek Gear
Cold Weather Gloves", and does not mention Nike socks, we respectfully
decline the desired resolution request.

We are more
than happy to research our customer's concern. Please inquire with our customer
about the gift cards. We would like to know if the customer has them in their
possession, if so, can they please provide the numbers.

We apologize for the disappointment. As you contacted Kohl's Customer Service more than 30 minutes after placing this Kohls.com order, we were unable to cancel the order. However, on May 7, we refunded the full Kohls.com order. As such, a credit in the amount of $23.94 will post to the Kohl's Charge...

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]  I feel that the way the situation was handled was a horrible inconvenience to me.  Between live chat, emails, facebook messaging and  calls to the post office  I have spent more than a couple of hours trying to get what is rightfully mine.   The delays are not fair to the customer.  I did my part.  I ordered, paid and that is all I should have had to do.  Now another delay waiting for this credit.  It has been over a month since I placed this order and I still have to wait to get what is owed me with no thought to my time or inconvenience.  Good customer service would have taken care of this immediately and not required constant follow up or me being asked to trace the package and call the post office.  It should have been refunded in full right away.  You failed to do things you said you would within the time frame you gave.  I am now stuck with a gift card to a company I no longer wish to do business with because of the way this was handled.

amount of $29.99.  A check in the amount of $58.11 will be delivered via mail to our customers address in an average of 7-14 business days.

In response to the refund being issued, I have been told by their customer service department several times in the last two months that I should expect a refund within 24-48 hours; 3-7 business days; 7-14 business days. Each time after waiting I still did not receive said refund.  How do I know I will get it this time, and, if I don’t, do I have to fill out another complaint with the Revdex.com?  I should have already gotten my refund credited by now.  As far as the Kohl’s cash goes, they can keep it.  I don’t intend on stepping foot in one of there stores again.

Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed on 11/26/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with their
most recent Kohls.com order. We can confirm our customer was refunded for her
missing item. A credit in the amount of  $13.87 was applied to the Kohl's Charge
ending in 3969.

I will consider this matter closed when I am credited the $70 in Kohl's Cash I am owed.  I recently placed Order# 4431776298 and would like the $70 to be applied against that order and back on the card I used to provide payment. Given that I have had no replies to my emails via Kohl's directly, I am only comfortable closing this matter through the Revdex.com since that's the only way I've been able to receive a response.

Upon review of Kohls.com order #[redacted], the original
tender used was $97.41 on a Master Card ending in [redacted], and $50.00 on a Kohl's
gift card ending in 3278. When a return is processed when a Kohl's gift card is
used, the return will be processed back to a Kohl's Merchandise Credit....

The
customer's portion used on a gift card was processed back to a Kohl's Merchandise
Credit ending in [redacted].  If the customer still
desires the merchandise, our Kohls.com team has offered to honor the original price
paid. We hope this information was helpful.

We apologize for the disappointment. In compensation for the missing item, on November 15, we credited $12.99 to the VISA card ending in 0835, which will post in an average of seven days.

Yes I did receive Kohls cash for this transaction and it was spent on 4/14. However I would not have made this purchase if I knew Kohls had no intentions of delivering the product I ordered. I didn't contact Kohl's again until 4/28 about the whereabouts of the ring. It's not my fault I used the cash in that time. I was awaiting a ring that I was charged for in full.  Also why should I have to pay interest on something I never had. There is also no reason on why I should have had to contact customer service 12 times and that is not an exaggeration. I am being penalized for Kohls mistake.
