Kohl's has made no attempt to resolve this issue to satisfy a loyal repeat customer. Over $15 in Kohls cash, they have fought me. Any good business who cared about their customer would see that this was kohls error and that I followed the policy. As if $15 is a dent in their pocket. They apparently pay employees to waste time answering Revdex.com complaints but cannot give a loyal customer a lousy $15 kohls cash over their error. If their response to this complaint is not testament to their horrible customer service, I dont know what is. I refuse to accept this response from them.

Revdex.com Response11/18/2016The store manager at the Wheaton location states he followed up with our customer. We just wanted to follow up to verify someone from our store reached out to her.

note that the gift card is in addition to what was already credited. On
November 30, the two candles were returned in the amount of $25.26, to the
Master Card ending in [redacted]. As such, we consider this matter closed.

ending in 4029 was lost in transit, we refunded the order in the amount of

period of 30 days. Finally, on January 5, our records indicate the boots were
returned to the Kohl's store in Nashville, TN, in the amount of $236.77, which
will post in an average of seven days to the Kohl's Charge card ending in 9101.

In the original complaint, we did advise the customer that if she agreed to receive the gift card, to please confirm by replying with her mailing address, which is why it has not been mailed. We have yet to receive a response via Claim [redacted]

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced.  While in most cases out of stockmerchandiseis reflected prior to the checkout process, there are situations when an out of stockitemmay not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high order volume,...

damages, etc.  When anitemiscanceledbefore the orderships, the customer is not charged for thatitem.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a picture of the shipping information from UPS.  Kohl's claimed they delivered.  They clearly did not.  The package is lost and there is an exception on it.  How long will they continue to drag this on.  Please see the package was shipped on 11/21.  It is now a month later.  Also, the problem with Kohl's is that they do not give me any information, and there is nobody in their claims department that will allow a phone call through to them.   They make you call the Kohl's 800 number and speak to a customer service representative who can give you no information other than the claim department is working on it.  This is the first information I have received from them at all in regards to this.I think 30 days is too long at this point and now they want to drag on another 5-7 business days.  This is clearly bad customer service.  I plan to never order from this company again.

Please apologize to our customer for the cancellations due to incorrect inventory. We do not want the customer to be penalized due to the cancellation. Kohl's will mail our customer a $10 Gift card. This should arrive in 7-10 business days.

I have reviewed the response provided by Kohl's for order ending in 4949 and still disagree. $10.00 in Kohl's cash is not earned until a customer spends $50.00. These Levi jeans were $49.99 and therefore not eligible for Kohl's cash as I was $0.01 short. Further, no evidence of Kohl's cash certificate information and/or dates of transactions were provided by Kohl's to confirm their position. On the second returned item, (12/20/17ECOM RTN # 9449316148), Kohl's refunded me $34.47 for a pair of Levi jeans that cost $49.99. I have provided the E-Commerce return information requested and will await their response.

Our records indicate that Kohls.com order #[redacted] was returned to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted] on 1015/15. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on their account. We apologize for any lack of assistance the customer received from our Kohls.com customer service. Once again our records indicate there were no known system errors at the time the orders were placed. In addition, all of the orders were submitted successfully and did not have pending charges which would indicate there was no error on Kohl's part. If the customer's continues to have pending authorizations on her account we advise her to contact her financial institution. We apologize for any disappointment.
