business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Basically they denied to ever receive the other 3 rebates when its in the Same letter with the one they claim they received. I think it's negligence on their Mail department that cause the lost and missing of some rebates' originals.they say it's lack of proof even when I keep showing them and email them the copies I keep. attached are the copies

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory enough to me. I received a cash credit to my debit card for a portion of the item and a merchandise credit on a gift card for the rest.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced due to their recent online order. We have verified the item is out of stock currently, but it is noted that once it comes back in stock, we can honor all discounts and price from when our customer initially placed their order.
Upon review of the customer's Kohls.com order #[redacted] we are able confirm a return was processed on 07/13/15. The customer has been credited for the order and all associated fees. We decline the customer's request for any additional compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our
records indicate the amount issued for the return is correct. $15.00 worth of Kohl's
Cash was earned on the Kohls.com order ending in 2358. Additionally, $15.00
worth of Kohl's Cash was earned on the Kohls.com order ending in 1479. As both
of these coupons were redeemed on the Kohls.com...
order ending in 6353, on
November 24, the return value was deducted by the amount of Kohl's Cash
redeemed. As such, on December 11, $68.92 was credited to the Master Card
ending in 2076. We respectfully decline the desired settlement request, as
no additional compensation is warranted.

I've never witnessed such abysmal customer service in my life. Kohl's is a very large corporation, probably a multi-million if not billion dollar corporation and yet you cannot help a customer out with their situation. A $600 loss to Kohl's is like loose change, but for a hard working young person like me, it's a huge deal. I don't have that kind of money to just say "Oh well, I guess I'm out $600". No. I work for everything that I make and I willingly chose to spend that hard-earned money at Kohl's because I loved shopping there. It's extremely sad that you are just tossing me aside and you aren't working with me to come to a solution. Please, please help me out here. I am not lying when I said I never received my package. I would not go through all of this trouble unless it was necessary. I really need my money as I am starting to plan my own wedding. I had every intention to use Kohl's for my registry but I am seriously reconsidering as I do not want my wedding guests to have to deal with the kind of issues that I am dealing with. I refuse to accept another denial from Kohl's. And I find it interesting that Kohl's would rather refuse to offer me a refund than keep ALL of my future spending at Kohl's, which will be a lot more that $600, I can guarantee. I probably spend that much within a year, so you can do the math. I already have coworkers refusing to shop at Kohl's because they have heard my horror story so Kohl's is honestly losing a lot of business which is avoidable as long as I can get my credit back. I also would like to avoid ruining my credit because of this, but I also refuse to pay my outstanding balance because I see that as me accepting those charges when I obviously don't. Please help me settle this matter without Kohl's losing anymore business than it already has. Thank you

It does state on the rebate form that in order for the purchase to qualify, the customer would need to spend $300.00 or more after discounts on Samsonite luggage. Based on the information provided , the customer did not meet the qualifications for the rebate.

We
respectfully decline our customers "desired resolution" request, as
the ad correctly states that the Fitbit doorbuster price of $99.99, with $30.00 Kohl’s
Cash, starts at 12:01 AM (CT) on November 23, on Kohls.com.
Additionally, we accordingly set quantity limits on select items to...
ensure inventory is available
for all customers.
We
apologize for the disappointment. On December 21, we verified that a package
from the Kohls.com order ending in 5132 was lost in transit. As such, we issued
a credit in the amount of $71.26, which will post to the VISA card ending in
2060 in an average of seven days. Also, our records...
indicate that $80.00 worth
of Kohl's Cash was issued, via email, directly after submitting this order. However, the Kohl's Cash has since
expired. As such, we respectfully decline the request to be reimbursed $80.00.
Upon review of our customer's concern, it appears a refund was applied to the Kohl's Charge ending in 7299. The amount of the credit applied is $48.68 on June 09, 2016. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to appear.
