For security reasons we are unable to comment on why an order was cancelled; however, common reasons an order may cancel may be due to; how the customer attempted to pay for the order, the location to which they’ve chosen to have it shipped, and even the length of time the items have been sitting in the shopping cart prior to check out. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

I DO have the wallet application on my phone. I urge you to use your stores camaras and roll back to the the day before Easter with a cashier named [redacted]. It is quite clear if you review tape that we both look at the app on my iPhone and she looks at the original order using the numbers of the Kohl’s cash I had used to pick up the item that was in my hand as we were speaking about the egg dish. So we used the kind instructions you gave me in your response to my Revdex.com report. And the fact that you won’t give me the 9.00 left on that one Kohl’s cash reward is laughable and quite sad at the same time. In essence what you are saying is you would rather lose a 200-300 dollar per month customer than address her concerns regarding the very fraudulent Kohl’s Cash issue. Since I have the wallet app, need no instructions on how to use it, pay my bill every single month on time, have excellent credit, and rarely even try to use the Kohl’s cash because it is always an issue, you have taught me a lot about how Kohl’s does not value or need it’s customers, refuse to help when their problems when they originate at a Kohl’s store, and send insulting instructions regarding what to do even though the complaint clearly states I not only knew ‘what to do’ but we attempted to do it even though it ended up unsuccessful. Due to the uncaring, absurd response to my complaint, which was clearly not read, I will NOT be returning to Kohl’s ever again. And I will be contacting local TV stations with consumer complaint issues that go unresolved which are ridiculously addressed.

What items specifically did the customer purchase?

We regret to learn the customer did not receive the entire order and apologize for the disappointment. We can confirm the customer has been issued a complete refund for all six chairs. we were unable to verify the remaining five rebate submissions, Kohl's Rebate
Department attempted to contact our customer to resolve this matter; however,
they were unsuccessful at reaching him. To resolve this issue, we have sent a
final VISA prepaid card, to Alicia Luna, in the amount of $60.00, which will be
received, via mail, in an average of 4-6 weeks. As such, we consider this

placed on Kohls.com are in Central Standard Time (CST), and our records indicate our customer
placed their order at 12:06 AM on October 23. As the most recent earning period
for Kohl's Cash started on October 19...
