for contacting Kohl's Department Stores.We regret to learn that the Playstation
4 was not available when you visited our store. We make every effort to ensure
that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers. However, on
occasion, an item may...

out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the
anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. In addition, please be advised that
the selection of merchandise may vary by store. Some merchandise may not be
available at every store and merchandise or promotional offers available online
at Kohls.com may vary from those offered in Kohl’s stores. In the case of our
recent Black Friday ad, we included a disclaimer stating that merchandise
specials were available while supplies last. Our products are placed in our
advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item,
based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales
flyers.

The customer
contacted us originally on April 1st, 2016, and stated she accidentally left
her jacket in a dressing room. Upon review of our customer's claim, we are
unable to confirm her jacket was located in our store. The store states they
located a jacket, but it was not the customer's based...

on the description
provided. The customer states hers was blue, the one located in our store location
was black. We did advise the customer to file a police report and contact
either her homeowner's or renter's insurance, to see if there was a possibility
they would reimburse her for her jacket. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer
our customer a $250.00 Kohl's Gift Card or a $200.00 corporate issued check, which
she states she found unacceptable. We inquired with her to provide proof of
purchase, but the customer states she is unable to locate it. Please note
Kohl's is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. If the
customer reconsiders our offer, we will be more than happy to send her either
the $250.00 Kohl's gift card or $200.00 corporate issued check.

They are working with us. To date they have delivered a TV of greater value.  To accomplish this they charged the new TV at the old price, but they still have not credited my account for the original order. Once that is completed, I will consider the matter closed.

We have processed a return for the missing items from Kohls.com order #[redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on her Kohl’s Charge account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As we sent out the Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) on October 24, we consider this matter closed.

Our records indicate that the payment method was not charged for the canceled order; however, there was a subsequent order placed with charges that are valid. Please also note that all inquiries made through the Revdex.com are addressed via the same channel. If they would like to speak to someone directly, they would need to contact Kohls.com, via phone, at ###-###-####. As such, we consider this matter closed.

It is unclear why the customer's Kohls.com return was...

delayed. We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 01/25/16. Part of the return was processed back to the customer's Kohl's Charge account, and the remainder was placed on a Kohl's Merchandise Credit sent via USPS. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive this. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Customer
spoke to our Corporate Refunds department today on 03/29/2016. They were able
to locate most of the customer’s purchases on her Kohl’s Charge and were able
to credit her in that manor.

I have sent the orders numbers already and also contacted kohls.com and they stated...

there is nothing they can do...even spoke with a supervisor. Again the order numbers are below.There are a couple orders and they are below: 7287700829- The  Men's Urban Republic Ballistic Parka was ordered in Medium...Packing slip said Medium price tag said Medium but the jacket tag read Large.  6478490270-  The Seven7 Speyside Women's Waterproof Duck Boots was ordered in a women's 10...Packing slip said 10...box said 10...but inside there was a women's 10 and a women's 8.Our daughter also got a vest for Christmas for her aunt...ordered in a large, packing slip says large but its a medium.

I received a voicemail last week and called Kohl's back and left a message.  I also called the number in their previous response this week and left another message.  I still have not received any calls back and there has been no resolution.

We apologize for the disappointment. On February 2, we credited the full Kohls.com order ending in 8184. As such, $37.53 will be refunded to the VISA card ending in 1998 and will post in an average of seven days. Blue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $15.00 was also issued, via email, with a redemption...

period of 30 days.

Kohls has been informing me that my request has been processed since October of 2015, yet I have not received confirmation that I am unsubscribed.  I continue to receive conflicting information from everyone I speak to.  This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our customer is able to reorder the correct item on Kohls.com. Once ordered, please have her respond back with the new order number, where we will price adjust accordingly to the amount originally paid on the initial order. In addition, she is...

welcome to return the incorrect item to any Kohl’s store for a full refund.

complaint ID [redacted], and I am letting Kohl's.com know I have contacted Kohl's Store in [redacted], I spoke to one of the managers and she offered to order the chairs again, have one of her employees put it together for me in the store, take the chair from Kohl's.com back, credit my account, then sell me the chair again and take an additional 30% off.  This manager was AMAZING, I should of gone to them from the beginning instead of wasting my time with Kohls.com. Kohls.com should be ashamed of themselves and their lousy, non friendly service. Thank god for facebook, instagram, twitter and all other social media making it easier for us consumers to voice our bad experiences with these unfriendly department stores.
