As we verified the package was lost in transit, we issued a credit on December 9, in the amount of $95.99, which will post in an average of seven days to the VISA card ending in 4225. which has a redemption period of 30 days. For this item to be replaced, another order would have to be submitted by you on Kohls.com. If the item proves to be more expensive, we are more than happy to price adjust the order to the amount that was originally paid. Our records
show Kohls.com order #3950430846 was $267.80. The return was processed on
12/30/16 for $214.23. Also, $50.00 was credited back to the customer's account
for the Kohl's Cash earned on the order. On 02/16/16, $3.57 was credited back
for the remaining difference. Additionally, we would like to confirm that no
interest accrued from this order.

At this time, we are not refunding our customer the tender used for Order [redacted]0. It appears the same tender was attempted to be redeemed on a different order. If our customer wishes to discuss further, he would need to contact ###-###-####.
No this does not solve my issue. They had told me on 12/26/16 that they would send me a replacement set of headphones since they had falsely advertised the ones that I had bought in November as PS4 compatible. I received them for Christmas for my son and they were NOT compatible. I called on 12/26/15 and was told that it would be an even exchange and that the ones they were sending out WERE compatible with PS4. I was told that they would correct their website which they did. I received those and of course FALSE ADVERTISING yet again. Those also were not compatible with PS4. I called again and they said they would fix their website which still is not fixed and is FALSE ADVERTISING. If you bring up Turtle Beach ear force P11 headset on their website it STILL says compatible with PS4. When you get the box it only says PS3 and my son called and they said NO it is not compatible with PS4. ALL this is their fault and I should not have to get Kohls cash or a Kohls merchandise slip when I had to go elsewhere because they STILL will NOT fix their false advertising. Their rep helped me pick out the ones that were compatible and that was a lie. Also attached is their e-mail saying I would not receive my refund for 14 to 30 days. I do not want a merchandise credit slip when they do not even have ear phones compatible with PS4. My son's gift was for a PS4 headphone set and he had to go elsewhere. They should be in trouble for false advertising. Do I need to open a different claim for that? If you don't have what you promised to the customer 2 times then you should give the customer their money back if they have to go somewhere to buy what you promised falsely and did not have.Regards,

We apologize for the delay and disappointment. On February 5, we processed a credit for the full Kohls.com order ending in 5643, as it was undeliverable. As such, $49.26 was refunded to the VISA card ending in 6483, which will post in an average of seven days. Blue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $5.00...
was also issued, via email, with a redemption period of 30 days.
As the price adjustment would only be offered if the purchase was done in a Kohl's store or on Kohls.com, we respectfully decline the request to be reimbursed the difference in price. As such, no further compensation is warranted and we consider this matter closed.
