Our records show all orders have been delivered, and all applicable credits have been processed. In accordance with Kohl's standard practices, and our desire to keep our loyal customers completely satisfied with their shopping experiences, we would be more than happy to facilitate a return and refund if the customer are not completely satisfied with any of her purchases. The customer may return any item, at anytime, for a full refund with a receipt. Returns without a receipt will receive a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit, good toward any merchandise throughout the store. Due to volume this time of year, shipping time frames may be extended. At this time we are able to confirm the customer's Kohls.com order #4169879631 was delivered on 12/04/15. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I am looking at the Kohl's gift card...

now and it does not state that a gift card is unable to be tendered with another gift card. I am also looking at the Lowe's gift card I purchased from Kohl's and it as well does not state that a gift card is unable to be tendered with another gift card. Again, this is something I feel that the cashier should have explained to me when she rung up my purchases. Had she explained this to me or had this policy been posted where the gift cards are located in the store then this situation could have been avoided.
I will no longer shop at Kohl's.

apologize for the frustration. As we verified that the discount was not applied
correctly, on December 4, we processed a credit in the amount of $65.81, which
will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending in 4317 in an average of seven days.

We have confirmed that an associate from the department that handles Corporate Refunds did attempt to contact our customer on July 18, 2016 and was able to leave a voicemail. Further information is needed to be verified with our customer.

We regret to hear of the customer's recent frustration with Kohls.com. Our records show the shipping cost for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was refunded on 12/10/15.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
