Our
records show a return for the missing item from Kohls.com order #[redacted] was
processed on 12/22/15, back to the customer's Discover ending in [redacted]. We
advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We

Kohls contacted me offering to give me a discount code (which is widely available on the internet), and either accept my return or pay for the alterations to get them hemmed correctly (since Kohls had removed the original hem). I find this solution completely unacceptable, especially after hearing that another friend of mine who had ordered the same pair of pants for the same event, also had the same alterations made to remove the hem (poorly I may add) and tag altered. I find this to be completely unacceptable, and Kohls needs to acknowledge that this business practice is unacceptable and to provide the proper compensation for our trouble and the inconvenience that this whole ordeal has caused.

Upon review of our customers Order 5817239127, it shows the order was placed for color sandstone. If our customer has a order confirmation showing the color dove, we are requesting the customer attach it. We see no error on Kohl's end.

This is a different answer than I received from Kohl's (a printer error? really? If it was a printer error, why was nothing done until I contacted the Revdex.com?). As I do not yet have this refund, and do not believe that they actually did mail it on January 26th (when I spoke with a representative from Kohl's, I was told that they didn't know what happened to my refund, and that it would be another 1-2 months while they "looked further into the matter"). This matter is not resolved until I actually receive my refund.
