returned merchandise to the original purchase. As such, on February 2, we issued

Your customer service representative was extremely unhelpful and lied to me about speaking with someone above her. She came up with three different lies and when I called her out on it--she didn't have anything to say. Not once in your response did you address this matter or the fact that your text message offer didn't say "exclusions apply". Or you didn't address me not receiving my coupons YET--and I have been in my new home for three years---it's funny that the bills always find their way in the mail though....

I want to iterate one more time that I already contacted the Fraud Department three times and they told me to contact the Customer Service. Please stop sending me back and forth and gave me a clear point of contact. I am sorry, but I have been telling you that I contacted Fraud Department and you are telling me to contact them again. The lady at your fraud department told me to ask for a supervisor on the customer service line but supervisors send me back to the Fraud department.

The returns they have mentioned made on November 2nd were not the dishs in question. I had ordered 33 dishs on 10/17/16 and ended up returning them all (almost all were broken in the boxes that I received). So on 10/22/16 I returned 22 dishs and on 11/2/16 I returned 6 more, totalling 28 dishs returned. Still missing the 5 dishs in question that I never received in the mail so was incapable of ever returning to the store. I have tracked every dish with the receipts and return receipts and those are the only 5 missing, to which I had received a shipping notification for that package saying they were broken and were sent back to the sender.

We apologize for the frustration this has caused. We have processed a request to stop sending mailers to our customer. As we print mailers in advance, please know it can take up to five months for mailers to stop.
We apologize; however, the file the customer attached shows
incorrect information. We stand behind our previous resolution, as the customer
used four different Kohl's Gift Cards, totaling $66.76, on this transaction. As
such, the issuance of a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) for the return was
correct. Please see the referenced attachment for the items in the order that
were placed using these gift cards.

I appreciate that Kohls is now standing behind the product they sent. I wish it had not come to this, but I understand that Kohls had there hands tied a bit as well. I do know that this could have been handled in a better manor before this level of escalation came up, but it shows true integrity that they did take the balance of the futon mattress off of my card. Thank you Kohls for taking my complaint to heart and standing by your policies and grantees. I will be a returning customer again.

We have
reviewed our customer's concern as well as received a response from our buying
office. They have confirmed the dress the customer is ordering is not available
and will not be carried by our vendor. For the inconvenience and frustration
our customer has experienced, we would like to send our customer a $30.00 gift
card. If the customer agrees, please have them confirm by replying with their
mailing address.
We have verified a credit was applied to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 7521 on November 16, 2016. It does appear in the amount of $42.49.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].I spoke with the admin for the President of Kohls, as I had also sent an email to their CEO, and we talked about my complaint and it was resolved by kohls reshipping the item that was never delivered. I asked her why she could reship it and the CSR's could not, as that was my initial request on resolving my complaint, and I was informed "I don't know why they would have said that as the item was in stock." The item has been reshipped with a delivery estimate of March 30,2017. Should I not receive it, again, I will be sure to notify you.
