Complaint Type:Refund / Exchange IssuesselectProblem:I made a $271.90 purchase Order #[redacted] on 11/25/16. As an advantage I was "rewarded" Kohls cash of $75. The TV began to malfunction so I returned it to the Fayetteville, GA store. I was only refunded roughly $190 because I used my kohls cash. I was unaware it would affect my return since this was my first time using Koh;s cash but the clerk told me to simply return the Kohls Cash order and I would be able to get the remaining $75 to my debit card. Order #[redacted] came in and I went on 12/14/16 to Mcdonough store to return everything so I could finally get all my money back. I was told I can not AND will not be getting my $75 back to my bank account but I will get a store credit of $75 Kohls Cash. At this point Khols has all their merchandise back and I'm still out $75 from my bank account. This is bad business that a company can just take your money and turn it into a store credit.
