We
apologize for the disappointment. Our records indicate that a package in the
Kohls.com order ending in 0453 was rerouted back to our warehouse. As such, on
December 29, we issued a refund for this in the amount of $54.59, which posted
to the VISA card ending in 3722. Additionally, on February...
5, we issued a
Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC), in compensation for the lost Kohl's Cash used
on this order, in the amount of $315.00, which will be delivered, via mail, in
an average of 7-14 business days.

This is a very lame excuse for their advertising scheme. I no longer wish to purchase the item selected but I shall refrain from doing business with Kohl's. Still, Kohl'd should be reprimanded for such practices.

We stand behind our previous response, and consider this matter closed.
We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with Order [redacted]. Can the customer please clarify if the item has been returned to Kohl's, so that way we can expedite her return. It does not show a return being received as of yet on Kohl's end.
Please know the correct procedure was followed. Since the original packaging slip was presented the full return price was honored. Subsequently, the Kohl's Cash earned on the purchase was canceled out. As such, we consider this matter closed.

November 20, our records indicate that the credit for the price
adjustment, in the amount of $93.00, posted to the Kohl's Charge card ending in
4213.

This is the most unprofessional company I have never dealt with. Glad I have Belk, JcPenney and credit cards because I'm returning everything purchased in the last few months and NEVER shopping at Kohl's again??. Upon review of our customer's concerns,
the customer will have to contact the manufacturer in regards to his luggage.
Due to the allegations made by the store, any further contact should be
addressed with our Corporate Office.
I have documentation proving that Kohls did not uphold their promise to reorder my merchandise that they neglected to ship, at the same price. Now the company is requesting I spend more money with them.
We have processed a return for our customer in the amount of $195.30 on their MasterCard ending in 4890. Please advise the customer to allow 7-14 business days for it to post to her credit card account.
We stand behind our previous decision and consider this matter closed.

We appreciate our customer contacting Kohl's Department Stores about our Black Friday ad. We regret to learn that the advertised Xbox One was not available when they visited our website. We make every effort to ensure that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers. However, on...
occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. In addition, please be advised that the selection of merchandise may vary by store. Some merchandise may not be available or promotional offers available online at Kohls.com may vary from those offered in Kohl’s stores. In the case of our recent Black Friday ad, we included a disclaimer stating that the Doorbusters specials were available while supplies last. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers.
As
our customer earned $60.00 Kohl's Cash when purchasing this item, and
subsequently redeemed $60.00 Kohl's Cash on April 15, for order #8453299940, the return amount is subtracted by the amount of
Kohl's Cash redeemed. As such, we stand behind our previous resolution. We also
decline her request to be reimbursed interest. As such, we consider this matter
closed.
