I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],  I did receive my refund but only after multiple phone calls and emails. Your response to the Revdex.com sounds general and unapologetic. What a poor excuse for a large company.

We have applied an additional credit in the amount of $8.95 to our customers Kohl's Charge. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to post.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is not true that I informed the change of my address on Nov 26th.  Instead, I informed them on Nov 6th. A representative said she could help me change the address (by calling ups and FedEx), and another representative said he would refund me. Both happened on Nov 6th. Afterwards, since I didn't get refund, I called Kohls many times, and many representatives said they would refund me. Kohls should have all the records of our conversations.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our
cus[redacted]er experienced with her most recent Kohls.com order. It appears the
cus[redacted]er has reached out to us through a different channel. We have scheduled a
pick up via UPS for the items and have resolved our cus[redacted]er's concern.

We have partnered with our marketing department and have requested they stop all marketing mail from being sent to our customer's address.

apologize for the disappointment; however, we respectfully decline the desired
settlement request. The items that were missing from the Kohls.com order, ending
in 8356, were purchased using a Kohl's Gift Card. As such, a Kohl's Merchandise
Credit (KMC), in the amount of $32.51, was issued....

We have processed a return for the Vanity on 01/16/16, back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please inform our customer we stand behind our previous response. Our records indicate $36.30 was credited back to the VISA gift card ending in 0734. The customer needs to partner with the issuer of the VISA gift card for a replacement.

The return was processed on December 28, 2016. Please allow up 3-5 business days for it to appear on our customer's Kohl's account.

Our records show
the new Kohls.com order # [redacted] was placed on 02/08/16, and delivered
on 02/10/16.  We apologize for any additional
disappointment.

We apologize for the inconvenience  our customer experienced on his store visit. The customer reached out to our Executive Offices on October 08, 2016. The customer advised us his issue was resolved by his daughter. At this point, we consider the matter closed.

We have partnered with our rebate department and have confirmed they will be mailing our customer a $12.00 prepaid Visa gift card. Please advise our customer to allow 4-6 weeks to receive.

They are telling it's my mistake because I didn't ask about my cash ($300), but I asked them by phone in 12-30-2015 after 29 days after I received my order (TV). Then they sent the coupon after minutes from my call, but the coupon was invalid.So I would like to ask, how is it my mistake?  I asked them when I didn't receive my cash.

None of the orders referenced were mine. The Kohl's charge they referred to is not mine. I received a partial refund to my Kohl's charge and the rest in Kohl's cash. I want the entire refund on my Kohl's charge as I should have been able to use the Kohl's cash spent on the rest of my order (it was large). Not only should I be refunded completely to my card, I should be compensated due to the time and effort I have had t put into getting my money back. My daughter now does not have the boots she wanted for Christmas.
