I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The Kohl's website clearly states that if the order is canceled by Kohl's, the Kohl's cash earned does not change.  I was depending on the Kohl's cash to be awarded so I missed out on other TV deals in between the time the order was placed and I received the cancellation notice, which was several days.  The day after the order was canceled I was told by a Kohl's phone representative that I would still be receiving the $300 Kohl's cash.  This resulted in an even further delay as I was waiting for the Kohl's cash redemption period to start to find another TV on Kohls.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does resolve my complaint as it pertains to percentage off coupons, but it does little to help the Kohl's customer service representatives better understand their system. In an additional effort to understand the order receipts emailed to me by Kohl's, I contacted customer service once more. I spoke with Camila, based in Colombia, who agreed the discounts had not been applied, and she spent a significant amount  of time trying to understand why the numbers did not add up. She even offered a $10 inconvenience credit per transaction because of the confusion, which I never received, but that is okay because she was equally inconvenienced. In summary, I needed clarification, and so did the two women I spoke with who are paid to provide that clarification. Attached is my call log, which shows the length of time each Kohl's CSR spent trying to understand my order receipt.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with Kohls.com and her cancelled order. We are more than happy to send our customer a gift card for $120.00 for the cancelled order. In regards to Ebates, Kohl's is not affiliated with them and she would need to contact Ebates directly to...

inquire about her credit.

We
apologize for the disappointment. We verified $75.00 worth of Kohl's Cash was
earned on the Kohls.com order ending in 3415. As the Kohl's Cash was subsequently
redeemed without consent we issued 1,500 Yes2You (Y2Y) Reward points, which
accumulates to a $75.00 Reward. This will be sent, via...

email, on January 1 and
is redeemable through January 31. To avoid instances like this from
happening again, please practice changing the Kohls.com shopping account
password once every few months to a password that is strong and encrypted.

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #4007096198 on 12/29/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. Additionally, we advise the customer to update the shipping information on her shopping profile before placing future orders.

All over $50.00 - and while some may say I am foolish for this - I kindly disagree. To the executive who told me "I bought someone their Christmas gift" - I hope you can find a better customer service response in the future.  To the Revdex.com of Wisconsin - I sincerely thank you for making every effort to resolve my matter. anticipated refund at this time. If the customer is stating that they have yet

As a courtesy, we have made the 30% off adjustment to our customers October 28 purchase. On November 9, we credited $24.29 to her Kohl's Charge card ending in 3906, which will post in an average of seven days. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

Product finally arrived. Company sent product in wrong size. Called company, they told me I had to send it back, wait for the refund, then reorder product and wait for them to send the right product. Finally decided to take 3 hours out of my day to take bus to actual store where they didn't have the same product since it's only available online and had to exchange for a product I really didn't want since it isn't the right color. I'm so extremely frustrated with this company and advise NO ONE to do business with them.

Our records show we received the customer's complaint through another channel, and have addressed her concerns. The charges on the customer's charge card were authorizations that went to their charge card company when they hit "Place Order"; a customer's funds will be held for each attempted...

Kohls.com order, until we are able to systematically verify the order status. Due to the customer clicking submit multiple times, duplicate transactions were processed. The customer has been informed that we have canceled all eligible items, and any additional merchandise that was submitted can be returned to their local store for a refund. This was not a Kohl's error, and we are not able to process any additional credits at this time.
