I have been told by Kohl's.com that I would receive a full refund within two weeks since November 20th.  I called and spoke with 7 different people, all of whom told me that they had to "open a new ticket" and "I would receive a refund within two weeks".  That was 50 days ago!!!!!  Why am I to believe that now they will send me my refund?

We apologize for the disappointment. We verified the Kohls.com order ending in [redacted] was lost in transit. As such, on December 26, we credited the full order in the amount of $158.98, which will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending in [redacted] in an average of seven days.

We are more than happy to research our customer's concern in regards to her Kohl's Cash. In the complaint, the customer states she received an email stating her payment method was changed. Once we receive that, we will be happy to look into assisting our customer with her Kohl's Cash inquiry.

We have determined the correct amount was refunded for the return. The sale price for this item was $19.99; however, there was a 25% off transaction discount that was applied. Also, Kohl's Cash was used as a partial payment. As such, the customer is receiving the refund in the same way she paid for the item. The partial amount that was paid for in Kohl's Cash was reimbursed as Blue Kohl's Cash, in the amount of $2.05, and was issued, via email, with a redemption period of 30 days.

We
apologize for the disappointment. On January 19, the Kohl's Corporate Refund Department issued a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC) in the amount of $52.03, which will be
delivered, via mail, in an average of 7-14 business days.

We stand by our previous statement, and consider this matter closed.

We regret to hear the customer continues to endure frustrations with our company.  As previously stated, we are unable to resolve the customer's concerns with the provided information. At this time we advise the customer to reply with a detail account of how we may assist them if they would like assistance via Revdex.com.

We apologize for the disappointment and frustration this caused our customer. She is welcome to return any items to the store for a refund, or exchange. As the five missing items have been reordered for our customer, we respectfully decline any additional compensation. As such, we consider this matter closed.

As the Kohl's gift cards were purchased on a third party website, please contact them for further resolution. As such, we consider this matter closed.

Our records indicate the customer spoke with Kohls.com on
08/15/15. Her Rewards account was merged, and all her applicable points were
confirmed. Her current $10 certificate is valid until 08/31/15 and is available
online.

I still haven't received my items, no one is at the address they were shipped and I have had multiple responses from Kohls with conflicting messages.

They have not addressed any of the issues in the complaint or even attempted to come to an amicable resolution. I have read several other complains from other customers regarding the same types of issues without a response or resolution. Clearly they take pride in their unethical business practices and bad customer service hence their reputation! I cannot accept the business reply because they did not address any of the issues outlined in the complaint not attempted to offer a resolution. I hope all customers reading this think twice about shopping with this company and spend your money with a company who actually values their customers! Shame on kohls!
