I find Kohl's response that the item I purchased was not eligible for a rebate incorrect. The rebate form, packing slip, and UPC code I mailed in clearly state that American Tourister Burst model hard or soft side luggage are eligible for the rebate. These documents are attached with my response.

I just checked and see they did process the request just this week. Although, that's over a month after the whole situation occurred and was WAY too delayed and late in my opinion. I now am aware of how the company does business and will never be ordering from them again. So, as far as i'm concerned this was the last part of the almost 6 week long nightmare to be finally completed. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Yes, I received an email from Kohl's, stating they had credited my account for $50+. However, they have not addressed the issue of the interest and non payment fees my Kohl's credit card accrued, due to their dragging their feet on this matter. Had they taken care of this matter in a timely manner, (not taking almost 3 months to credit my account)...none of these fees would have occurred. Trust me, like Kohl's, I want to close the book on this matter..and as soon as they do the right thing and cancel the fees, on my credit card, due to their mishandling of the matter. I will gladly, be done with Kohl's FOREVER. I will never do business with them again. They do not value me as a customer, so I will not spend my hard earned money with them. Oh, and to expose there tactics, the refund they are referring to in this letter, is for merchandise I returned to a Kohl's store...not three lost package, I never received...but the headache isn't worth it....almost 3 months of this foolishness. I have never encountered such pathetic customer service. I just want those fees taken care of, and they can be done with me...as my family friends, and myself are with them. Ps....it's really hilarious, I keep saying I don't want a rebate or Kohl's cash...and they continue to bring it up. It just shows they don't even care enough about there customers to actually deal with the matter...Pathetic. I did not create this situation

I am not satisfied with Kohl's response about order processing. I would expect they should at least offer a substitute item that is similar in cost/style to replace the item they cancelled. Again the order was cancelled after verbal confirmation with one of their sales associates. The order was not cancelled at the end of order processing with the sales associate as would be expected as Kohl's states this is when you sometimes find out an item is not available or their was a problem with your order. Order was place and verbal confirmation given over the phone. The order was cancelled sometime after (time frame unknown) and again for no apparent reason. thank you.
The customer is indeed allowed to provide feedback at the number provided, as there is no designated "Complaint Department." We have
processed a credit back to our customer’s Kohl’s Charge account in the amount of
$167.18 for the mis-shipped Kohls.com order [redacted]. We advise our customer
to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on her Kohl’s Charge
account.
We
apologize for our customers frustration. We have opened a ticket with our IT partners
regarding our customer being unable to access her Kohls.com shopping account. We will be in contact with our customer via phone, within 7-10 days,
regarding the resolution.

They clearly did not read the complaint or look into it at all. To further complicate things, since I submitted this complaint, the remaining portion of my order was never shipped nor was it communicated to me that it would not shipped. However, I was billed for the item. In discussions with other patrons of this website, this is NOT an isolated incident and happens too often for a store of this size. I again request that they look into this matter and determine that how in a digital world, they can sell inventory that they do not have.

Im not sure why they informed you that they were not at fault, however they did finally correct their mistake by sending UPS to retrieve the package which they delivered to the wrong address and they also refunded me, after many correspondences back and forth with their executive team.

I want to speak with the actual Kohls Corporate Customer Service Manager about this extremely poor customer service.
