I would prefer the credit to my card rather than placing the order via the phone. The customer service I received was such a bad experience, I'd prefer not to deal with it again.

Thank you for attaching confirmation page. We apologize for
the inconvenience cause by order 868973451, and have applied a credit for the 6
items sent to the incorrect address. We have processed a credit for $130.85 to
the Kohl's Charge ending in 5936.
Upon review of our customer's concern , it does show he has reached out to our Executive Offices and is working with an advisor directly. At this time, we consider this matter closed.
It appears the store took the proper action to resolve the matter
by providing alternate merchandise. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
the customer’s request for the original product, as it is no longer available. We

We were informed that kohls would send ups to retrieve the packages and that we would be refunded once they have the packages back in their possession. They contacted us today and scheduled pickup for tomorrow. This case is not resolved until I recieve confirmation that my account has been refunded, which has not happened yet.

I would have to pay an additional shipping charge, and place a new order at full price with the expectation that I would receive a price adjustment. I don't have faith that Kohl's will process the price adjustment, and shipping is an additional $9. Kohl's cancelled a portion of my original order saying the item was out of stock, when it was listed as being in stock on their website at the time of the order. They did not give me time to use my Kohl's cash on another order because by the time they notified me of the cancellation, the Kohl's cash amount had expired. This is entirely Kohl's fault, but most of their emails to me insinuate that I let the Kohl's cash expire, or I made a mistake in ordering. They should be able to apply the price adjustment to a previous order (resulting in a refund) instead of making me order something new with an additional shipping charge.

Upon review of our customer's concern, it shows our customer placed
her order on December 11, 2016. The customer reached out to customer service on
December 12, 2016, to advise us of the address. Our customer's have a 30 minute
window to edit or cancel an order. The shipping address is...

responsible for the package.
