The reason why these exclusions are in place is because of contract terms we have with specific vendors. We are very transparent in regards to what items are excluded from coupons. These dates are listed on our advertisements; and when offered, on our Kohls.com landing page. We cannot generate a Kohl’s Cash certificate on a purchase that was not made...

A credit for $6.30 was processed back to the customer's account on 11/30/15. We advise the customer to log in to their My Kohl's Charge account, or review their next billing statement to confirm the credit.

Our customers are welcome to use Kohl’s Cash passed the expiration date, if it is within 10 days of the expiration date. As our customer surpassed this grace period, we respectfully decline any request for reimbursement.
Our records indicate we received the customer complaint through another channel and have addressed her concerns. Our research shows the mis-shipped order was not due to a Kohl's error. The customer has been informed we are unable to accommodate her request for a refund.
Our records show the customer was contacted an Advisor in the Executive office. The customer was advised to keep the merchandise and a return credit was processed. Additionally, the customer declined the offer to process a new order.
We apologize for the disappointment. On January 31, we were able to link the returned merchandise with the original purchase. As such, we issued out a check in the amount of $162.81, which will be delivered, via mail, in an average of 7-14 business days.

I don't understand why my order was processed as a refund when I did not request this to be done. I was TOLD by your REPS that my item would be shipped before Christmas. NO ONE STATED IT WOULD BE PROCESSED AS A REFUND!!!! I do not feel I should repurchase this item when it was your error and not mine. Poor customer service.....

Revdex.com:I accept this response with reserve. This is poor business. I will not be doing any business with Kohl's.com. I also would like to know why it takes so long to receive the refund that wasn't supposed to be charged to me. I will be cancelling my account with Kohl's.
