I also stand by my statement that it is not listed on the back of either gift card nor was it posted in the area where the gift cards were located in the store. I don't appreciate being treated like a liar nor do I appreciate having been put in this situation at all so I will pursue this matter in Alabama small claims court at this point since it appears the Revdex.com will not be able to help me resolve this issue.

The customer reached out to us through a different channel. The customer is working directly with an associate in our Executive Offices.

It’s not about shipping it’s also about the experience their associates provided me by brushing me off and continuing to try to hush my concerns as a customer. I did also include that at this point I want to speak to a manager and all I got was a “sometimes things happen and we aren’t giving monetary compensation.”

It's amazing that after a month of constantly going back, within 12 hours you are able to see that I FINALLY drove myself, again using my resources, into a store and BEGGED AND PLEADED my case to a store manager. After what seemed like forever and showing him all of the messages back and forth - someone was finally able to see what YOU'VE DONE WRONG. Someone FINALLY admitted that I was sold three packs and got one packs and there was no reason as to why someone at .com couldn't have helped me. The only problem, like you see, is that I was given back what I paid. Had this been weeks ago and I hadn't invested all of these resources into correcting this issue that should have been corrected the minute you saw you sold me three packs and shipped one packs, I could consider this over. Now, it's not enough. Now, I want something provided to me for the incompetence I've had to deal with in the form of your employees. Review the emails, review the calls, review the tweets. How many hours did I spend? How many times did I repeat the same situation where all I was begging for was what you owed me... a 2/3 refund of what I've already paid. Why did I have to invest more resources to settle this problem? These socks have become a bigger issue than just the $26+ I'd be spending on sock (which I did... I repurchased the socks at a corrected price). Take ownership of your mistake. Believe in customer service and ethics and offer a customer who you've dragged through the mud, a courtesy. Understand that nobody should be treated and lied to as many times as I have been for doing nothing wrong. This is 100% you and 0% me.

If you have already used your Kohl’s Cash coupon, the amount of the Kohl’s Cash will be deducted from your return amount. And if you are making a return or price adjustment on an item you bought with Kohl's Cash®, the value of the Kohl's Cash® coupon will be returned as a Kohl's Merchandise Credit. The details of the Kohl’s Cash Coupon program are stated on the back of each coupon, as well as our Kohl’s flyers.

We apologize for the customer’s recent
frustrations with our company.  We have
processed the credit, and offered to honor the original price and discounts if
the customer wishes to re-order the desired merchandise. Once again we
apologize for the customer’s disappointment.

I will not move forward with accepting this company’s response, until I have written confirmation that the promised refunds for interest and late fees were issued. I have also not been provided copies of my call logs nor have I received a call from the corporate level as requested on multiple occasions.

Our online department has processed a credit for our customer in the amount of $31.58, which will be applied to the Visa ending in 2461. Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for this to appear on their credit card statement.

We
canceled the old Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC), ending in 6696, and have
issued out a new KMC, in the amount of $122.00, which will be delivered, via
mail, in an average of 7-14 days.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged lamp. A 20% off discount in the amount of $49.05 was applied to the customer's order as an apology for the damaged item. The credit will appear on the customer's original method of payment in about seven days.

The MVC shipping codes are not sent quarterly. They were sent monthly. I have not received a free shipping code or an MVC email since the end of October. I received an email from the corporate office and was told the rep would be in all day and to call her. I called her. She was not in. I left a message and she never called me back. I am not surprised.Not sure why Kohl's does not want to take responsibility for this and own it. Many customers experience this problem with emails, including my niece. I have experienced this twice. I am losing all interest in Kohl's, and I think this complaint should be left on the Revdex.com site and the conversation ended since it is not going anywhere. Most companies care and go overboard for their loyal customers. Not Kohl's. I am sick of dealing with this. I think it has Revdex.com complaint has been going on for long enough where I say I am not satisfied.
