Until I physically speak with Kohl’s and my refund is issued, my issue is not resolved.
We have made the business decision to send three new gift cards, in the amount of; $320.00, $488.90, and $200.37, which will arrive via mail within 7-14 business days.
Our records show the customer's concerns were addressed by our Corporate Refund Department directly. The customer was advised part of the refund was placed on the customer's account on 01/15/16. The remaining part of the refund would be sent on a Kohl's Merchandise Credit via USPS. We would...

I am sure the company is aware of the error as the advertising error was removed instantly after I spoke to the 2nd representative regarding this matter. We can confirm a full return was processed for our customer. We show a credit for $50.94 on December 18, 2016 and a credit on February 09, 2017 in the amount of $50.95 which equals a total of $101.89. Our customer earned $30.00 in Kohl's Cash on her order, we can send it in the form of a gift card, but Kohl's does not accommodate for rebates not mailed. We apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, we consider this matter closed.
Instead of requesting compensation then I would like for someone higher up than an associate at their customer service line to reach out to me.
We have contacted our customer directly. We advised the purchaser needs to call in to speak to our fraud department at 1-888-890-1755 to address further.

Our records state the item on order #8359029566 was returned to the store on August 20, in the amount of
$24.94. As a 30% off coupon, as well as two $10 off coupons were used on this order,
the return amount reflected the referenced discounts. Additionally, since the merchandise earned Kohl's...
Cash, and was subsequently redeemed, the return amount was lessened
