My order was $54.28 and they refunded me $44.00. Why I do not know but as they had hoped, I am tired of trying to get them to comply.  I have succeeded in getting all of my friends and family to never shop Kohl's again and that will be satisfaction enough.

We regret to hear of the customer's recent frustrations with our company. These items are directly shipped from the vendor, not a kohl's warehouse, so regrettably we are unable to send the missing parts. Our record show UPS pick-up requests have been initiated for both the items from Kohls.com order # [redacted] , and [redacted]. When the merchandise arrives back to the warehouse, the customer will be credited accordingly. Additionally, we are more than happy to honor the original prices paid on a new order, if the customer still desires the merchandise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

apologize for the disappointment. We verified the Kohls.com order ending in
8132 was inadvertently shipped to the incorrect address. As such, on January
25, we credited the full order in the amount of $54.53, which will post to the

like this in the future, we have removed the old address from the customers

In the future, Kohl's shall credit at minimum the value of the items that did not arrive at the guaranteed time. This resolution is frowned upon for the fact I have delivery information that the items were in town on December 33rd and not delivered. Kohl's needs to work better with their customers to agree to the solution to upgrade deliveries to overnight status to ensure this issue does not continue to happen. Especially when the total order was broken down into separate deliveries from an individual order.

Kohls.com. That is from an unauthorized source, and that specific brand is also
an excluded item, which means no discounts can be applied.

Please know our customer will be receiving a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC), which was issued on April 18, 2017, in the amount of $35.00. Our customer will be receiving this in 7-14 business days.

The order placed immediately after cancellation was placed to be exact replacement from the original order---confirmed on twice with Kohl's cs on the phone that I will be credited the exact difference of $1345.37, Plus $250 kohls cash.case # [redacted] for this call. Note that I called back within 1hr of placing the new order, so if the CS on the phone said he couldn't price match, I would've cancelled the ordered immediately, but instead he said I would be refunded all the price differences plus I'll get the $250 kohls cash was supposed to be rewarded, so I kept the order]

The items were unable to be obtained by FedEx. This was not an error on my part. No one is able to tell me why it was shipped to the incorrect address. I hope that there will still be a credit applied to my account.  I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service before! I as well as my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone I can reach out to via social media will ever shop at Kohls again.
