apologize for the disappointment. Our records indicate that the coupon our customer was attempting to use expired on October 23. As our customer made
her purchase on October 28, after the coupon expired, we respectfully decline
our customers request to be reimbursed.

We
apologize for the disappointment. We verified that two packages in the
Kohls.com order ending in 1341 were inadvertently packaged incorrectly. As such, we credited these items
in the amount of $54.22, which will post in an average of seven days to the
American Express card ending in...

The charges on the charge card were authorizations that went to the customer's charge card company when they hit "Place Order"; a customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order, until we are able to systematically verify the order status. The customer's credit card company holds...
these funds; however, these authorizations will drop automatically within several business days.Additionally, the customer was provided her options in regards to the duplicated order. The customer has been advised that she may return the merchandise to her local store, or we can schedule a UPS pick-up for a refund. We apologize fro any inconvenience.
We
apologize for the disappointment. We verified that a package from the Kohls.com
order ending in [redacted] was lost in transit. As such, we issued a credit for this
in the amount of $108.24, which will post to the VISA card ending in 3743 in an
average of seven days. On December 14, our records...
indicate the item was
reordered and subsequently delivered, via UPS, on December 19. Accordingly, we credited
$32.48 to match the price that was paid on the initial order. Please allow an
average of seven days for this to post to the Master Card ending in [redacted].
As
the customer states they did not receive the Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC),
we issued a replacement, in the amount of $48.94, as a courtesy. As such,
please allow 7-14 business days for delivery, via mail.
Currently, we have a 14 day price adjustment policy for
items that were purchased through Kohl's. A credit may be issued to the
customer, for the difference between the sales price and the price the customer
paid. A price adjustment can be processed either in our physical store or via
Kohls.com....
The customer should return to the store with valid receipt for
assistance.
It is at the discretion of each [redacted] to honor
promotional offers outside of the valid dates. Though it is not our policy, if
the customer was informed she could redeemed the promotion, we advise her to
speak with the [redacted] directly.
Additionally, Kohls.com and our registers are only able to
issue Kohl’s Cash for qualifying purchases during the valid earning periods.
Regrettably, we are unable to comply with the customer’s request for Kohl’s
Cash. We apologize for any disappointment.
We
apologize for difficulty the customer has had in receiving her adjustment. We
have contacted the management team at the [redacted] Kohl’s and they will be
happy to accommodate our customer’s adjustment. If the customer can please
simply bring her receipt in store they will process the adjustment.. The current
Kohl’s Cash earning period ends March 26th, so in order to earn Kohl’s
Cash she would need to go in store before this date. Otherwise, she may wait
until our next Kohl’s Cash earning cycle in April.
Our customer has reached out to use through another channel. It appears that we did apply a $10.00 credit to the customer's Kohl's Charge ending in 4869 and resolved our customer's concern.

[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The reference number I was given during the call which is[redacted] and I spoke with Joel.My order number, which is [redacted].And my receipt number for the partial refund: 11/7/2015 - [redacted] -- [redacted]Their response is outrageous -- a customer should be permitted to reach corporate when they are not getting assistance at the customer service level.They have completely glossed over THAT issue.

We have applied a $75.00 credit to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in [redacted]. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect on their Kohl's Charge.
