Since the item was purchased over two years ago, and unable to be located on the original form of tender, a corporate refund was correctly issued. We never guarantee how much a customer will receive in their corporate refund when returning items to the store, since additional investigation is...
warranted. As our customer received a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit (KMC) via mail, we respectfully decline our customers request to be compensated in the form of a check.
Our records show the customer’s concerns escalated to the
Executive Office, and she was informed that she was not able to receive her
requested credit without proof of purchase. She was provided a gift card as a
courtesy to her. Our records also show the customer accepted a Kohl’s
Merchandise...
credit for her non-receipted return. She was also provided a gift
card from our Kohls.com Customer Service. The customer has already been advised
her return options, and we are unable to accommodate her request for any additional
credits.
The customer does not need a packaging slip to return the item. Please have her go to the store to get the lowest price within the 13 week period.
All inquiries made

like to speak to someone directly, they would need to contact Kohls.com Customer Service, via phone, at ###-###-#### and request to speak with a supervisor. We stand behind the previous response and consider this matter closed.
We regret to learn of the customer’s recent disappointment with our rebate offers. The requirement of each rebate is set up and specific to each vendor of our merchandise. Regrettably, we are unable to issue VISA gift cards, as these are sent out from the vendors directly. However as a gesture of...

We apologize to our customer for the frustration. We would be more than happy to honor the price quoted to her on September 23, via phone. Please have our customer place the order on Kohls.com, have her respond with the order number, and we will manually adjust the price to reflect the $103.83...

Our gift
registry contains the bride and groom's names, the date of the event, the state
of the event, the desired items, the...
quantity of each item requested and the
quantity of each item purchased. Kohl's does not collect customer's private
information such as their name, with each gift registry item purchased.
Currently, we are unable obtain information from the registry on the name of
the customer that purchased each gift item. We thank the customer for the
feedback, and we apologize for any disappointment. We are unable to accommodate
the customer’s request for a store credit.

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced when attempting to check out on Kohls.com. We stand by our previous decision to have her $20.00 discounted from a future order. Our customer can provide incident number 170108-006205.

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 12/07/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on their Kohl’s Charge account. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We regret to learn our
customer was unable to redeem their Kohl's Cash before
it expired. Once the redemption dates have...
passed, Kohls.com and
our store registers will no longer accept Kohl's Cash. In the past,
stores may have made an exception to our policy to honor expired coupons;
however, going forward this will not be the case and our policy will now be
enforced.
Though is not our
policy, we will still honor the promise given by Kohls.com to honor the
customer's $40 coupon ending in 1570 that was discussed on 03/07/2016. Once
the customer places the order if they will please respond to this complaint
with their new order number we will credit their order accordingly.
They could have have still offered to give my $10 back in the form of a gift card. I spent almost $300 in 2 weeks st kohls and this is how they treat a customer I won't ship here again who wants to return all these items and re ring them up this is poor customer service and disappointing to a customer Business Bureau:
